Bad place to shop in so many aspects. A couple months back, there was a shooting inside the store! A few days after that, I was welcomed by crime scene tape and some (bullet?) markers! This happened mid day! Ever since, I am always careful & hyper aware of my surroundings whenever I come here.Now, they are reorganizing the entire inside of the store. They have people moving merchandise to an entirely different part of the store. If you ask for help, they either do not speak English or they have no idea where an entire category of merchandise has been moved.Pretty much their entire personal products (pharmacy) area has been put under plexiglass with alarms, so if you remove an item an alarm sounds. I removed a $1.25 item and the alarm kept going off. A worker came and asked what I had done!?! She was attempting to shove products further behind the plexiglass so the alarm would shut off. I did self checkout and spent $92, putting items in my own reusable (& some cooler) bags. As a Walmart+ member, I chose to have my receipt emailed, saving paper. It was a bad idea. The person checking receipts on the door made me locate the digital receipt on my iPhone before I could exit?!? Meanwhile, other customers continued to exit without being stopped for a receipt.There are abandoned carts everywhere in the parking lot. Most have trash in them. There is trash pretty much everywhere in the parking area. There were men hanging out in the parking lot (not as bad as the neighboring Home Depot) just watching people.Disgusting store and a place where I have to be concerned for my safety.

Love the tire center. That department gets a 5 in my book. Their associate Alejandra gave us great service,very useful recomendations, explaining why she recommended one thing over the other and the advantages of the products. On top of that, she took time to fix other parts of the car that were giving trouble.

This is a large Walmart in the Homestead-Florida City area. Since I love to snack on popcorn, I decided to stop in and get some popcorn.They had the usual varieties that any other Walmart sells, so that was easy.There were a lot of people here, so even the self checkout lane had a wait. Still, the prices are really good and the value proposition at Walmart is good.

I hate Walmart and don't go there. However, I thought an online order would be easy...... most items are being shipped to my house. However, I have to pick up one of the items. You would think they are new to this online pickup. Cars are waiting forever. It's been 20 minutes and still nothing. Would have been easier and faster to go into the store.

Worst Walmart around. Waited over 1 1/2 hours to pick up our groceries. Employees were rude and manager didn't even come out when i requested to speak with one.

This is for the Walmart Supercenter in Florida City, Florida. I'll throw in the broken system of shipping/delivery they advertise as being so convenient and quick. And then top it off with the Absolutely screwed up system where you can find items online that show as in stock in the local store and print out the order and they when you go to the store to pick up those items they refuse to complete the sale at the checkout register. Even the Supervisor refuses and tells you to go order it online. Same products - Same corporation - Same everything - Stupid system. Then when you actually order the items online and choose delivery the Bit** Supervisor interferes with the delivery to prevent it from getting delivered. On purpose and vindictively. I'm done with this store that has gone downhill over the years to the point that NO customer service policies are followed any longer. Just terrible POOR service and crowded wasting of my time. When you call Customer Service, it is all some foreign country, with reps that barely speak English and repeat the same practiced answer to everything....- " I don't know or I apologize" They resolve nothing" Nothing ever improves. Customer Service just continues to get worse as Walmart squeezes every penny out the any and all sales at the customer's expense. I have had enough. I am ditching Walmart for good. They are.......nevermind.....what's the use. They don't care and will never change. One can only hope they piss of enough people they go bankrupt. After all, NO Corporation is TOO big to FAIL. Here's hoping you do Walmart.

This is definitely the worst Walmart I've visited. We stopped on our way to the Keys to get supplies and ended up standing in line for 50 minutes. Then the person in front of us allowed 2 girls to go in front of her who needed a price check, so that was another 10 minutes. The fire exit is clearly blocked in this store.

i was trying to find the restroom.. i asked this coworker if she can lead me to the potty room but she led me to the children isle... i dont know what she wanted me to do there.. maybe she wanted me to do my business luckily it was empty so i peed inside cocomelon toy... maybe someone can clean it up? ty.

The workers don't help you what so ever. I have been waiting more than 20 minutes for someone to open one of the glass box. Asked one worker he said " let me go find someone with the key" 10 minutes after no one came so I asked another worker she said I'll be right with you and find someone with the key. She kept assisting other people and hasn't even called anyone to help me get someone from a glass window like why is it so hard. So I ended up leaving and went somewhere else with actual people that help assist customers.

I made a pickup order for 7am because I fall into a high-risk category due to Covid. I picked up my groceries and when I returned home I discovered that an item was missing. It was not an expensive item, but when I called and spoke to someone about it, she said I could go back and get it. I told her that it wasn't convenient for me to do another 26-mile round trip for a simple item and that the shoppers should be more careful with filling the orders (this is not the first time my order was not filled correctly). The pickup representative got a nasty attitude with me and hang up the phone on me. I called back several times to speak with a manager on the regular number, but never got an answer. What ever happened to customer service? Since when does the store representative get to have a nasty attitude with a customer and hang up on them when THEY made a mistake? Are our purchases not helping to keep them employed when so many others are out of work right now? I can handle mistakes but the blatant disrespect made me decide to take my business to Publix. I may pay more, but the service that they give me is worth it because my dignity is priceless. Until people decide to not sell their souls to save a few pennies, businesses like the Florida City Walmart will continue to hire rude and uncaring employees who treat their customers like garbage!

I had to go here twice and it is crazy busy the parking lot is terrible and difficult to get in because you have to pretty much go to the back of the building to get in or out. The store is extremely busy apparently at all hours of the day and like any Walmart check out lines lack so they back up.

Awful customer service, and calling the store is impossible. Store is often out of order, and it seems like a task to get required help. By far the worst over the phone customer service.
