After coming in on 2/1/2025 and basically walking into a 7/11 that had an employee calling the police on a customer and the emt’s for herself. Witnessing an off duty cop try to calm down the employee who was having hot flashes and complaining of her diabetic status and the customer. Then myself speaking to the employee so she would reopen the store and attend the 10 guests that were inside the store before she closed the store and basically quit. I come in today 2/2/25 to see if i misplaced my keys to my other car from last night. I walk into the store to Stacey mentioning how miserable she was and how she wanted to not be in the gas station for the next 4 hours. Stacey not only gave me the worst attitude but she continued to give me attitude after i explained how nice i was to her coworker from the night before. She dismissed me before hearing what kind of keys i lost. I then reminded the man behind the counter of how well i treated his coworker which he remembered me and thanked me. I asked for staceys name various times which she refused to give me up until the end when she saw how calmly i was talking to the gentleman asking for her name. For there to be the kind of staff that calls the police on clients and then refuses to identify themselves is an appalling business practice. This is my local 7/11 and shouldn’t be run this badly with older staff that hates ringing up customers or talking to them. If they rather get paid and not talk to people they should find employment in a warehouse somewhere.

Whoever she is working at 7eleven at 2:45pm shouldn’t be working there . She had a nasty attitude with customers. You ask her a question about the chicken she say read it says it there … then the customer had a pizza and he asked about the offer she said that it ain’t read like so rude and pathetic of a human that don’t need to work at the 7eleven .. yall need people who are more energetic and willing to help .. fire her she is not fit for this job let alone talking to people like they are dogs .. I’m sick of how people work like if this ain’t the job for u quit . I’m not coming back as long as she is there .

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a convenience store Every single time I walk in there I’m stared down like I’m going to steal something . Two different times I’ve bought milk there they have both been bad. One was practically clunky ( through uber eats ) and other one was just bad . Made me sick within hours of drinking it .
Like others have mentioned customer service is horrible . If you don’t want to own/run the business sell it to someone else. ( assuming it’s a franchise)
I’m never going there again . ( even though it’s … convenient )

So it’s 8:15pm on a Saturday evening (I just left work) and I have to load money on my Chime card so I can pay rent. I am a single mother that often struggles but we make do. So when I go to use the service that this store provides I am met with the worst attitude and poor customer service I have ever experienced. The lady just laid the $500 dollars cash that I worked so hard to earn and put it on the counter to start helping other customers. When I asked her if we could focus on the transaction she told me her system was not working and just walked off

Straight Rude, the old lady raising her voice just to tell u cash only then look at u silly while on the phone having a personal conversation & don’t even have Bluetooth so it’s to her ear! And the little one raid her voice with attitude to say cash only before she even come out the back room seeing the line long, never coming here again.

I come here every morning and spend 15-20$ on drinks I'll need all day and night. Every single day. I've been doing this for over 6 months and I am so over your morning group. The man that works in the morning is my favorite part of visiting your store. The one short petite girl with glasses seems to be a manger who hates her life. Slams products down as she's scanning. Screams NEXT like we're inconveniencing her, the prison guard, for not moving fast enough or reading her mind on which of the 3 registers she's referencing to go to NEXT. Punches the buttons on the computer like she wishes it could fix her personal issues if she presses harder and harder. Everytime I get a reward coupon she skips past it and smirks like I won't be able to save the 2 bucks later? Like my time is worth pressing the issue in the moment? She's just miserable and nasty. I'll choose to spend my money and an extra 2 minutes and go to race trac where they train their customer service representatives on how to do their jobs. If you can't do your one job, you need a new one. Also, the crackdealer who has offered me "hard" at least 3 times and is always parked next to the Amazon Derek locker is aggressive and concerning. Can't even get my packages delivered here anymore. Smh

After reading more reviews BEWARE THE CASHIERS WILL TRY OVERCHARGING YOU SO BE VIGILANT AND CHECK THE PRICES!
I wouldn't even order off doordash cause when I asked how much 5 wings were and the cashier (Working at 10 to 11 pm on June 6 2024) said $7 but the price said otherwise along with them not having the dipping sauce like advertised. I can only imagine what would happen if I ordered offline, the chicken was burnt, the lady employee with glasses tried picking a fight with a customer out of nowhere and I had to quickly diffuse the situation but luckily the store close to me or I wouldn't even go there. Just find a different location cause this one need to get itself together.... Im glad I had a friend on the phone to hear it cause Jesus Christ on a pogostick I wouldn't believe it if it didn't happen....

Give me an efn break people!!!!! Cook the damn food!!!!!!!! Sometimes people just want a hot dog, with some onions, hell order the damn relish too!!!! It's called 7.....11 !!!!!! Damn

Sign says 2.95 but when you pump its 3.15 with debit.Plenty of other gas stations around to chose from instead of this one. - i did ask but they didn't know anything about it- how convenient.
