Place sucks you got 3-4 good workers. I spend tons of money there and have since 92, you have businesses all around you and it's getting bigger. Veterans and hard working people. What da hell

It's a below average 7/11 convenience store. Parking is tight and there are usually vagrants and homeless hanging around panhandling for change or sitting on the premises drinking their beer/juice. Quick in and out to get what you need is the best plan of action. Mind your own business and don't look directly at the vagrants. Get what you need and get out.

Why even offer cash back if your float doesn’t have enough cash. My card didn’t decline your cashier lacked communication. Garbage

I just felt the need to truly write about what a wonderful experience I had with one of the sweetest kindest hard workers I met a few days ago. She the one with red hair. It was pouring rain and as soon as I entered the store I was immediately welcome with "hey there good afternoon." With a big smile. I noticed how busy the store was. A huge line was formed and the girl was multitasking like a boss!! A lot of the customers were getting pretty agitated. She was the only worker and kept apologizing for the line. That she'd been working by herself and that she's going to get everyone out as quickly as possible and to bare with her. She was working both registers while working the lottery station and cooking food. She was having multiple conversations with multiple customers and she didn't miss a beat. I was so surprised how she just didn't get frustrated. She kept a smile on her face and made sure to tell each and every customer to have a wonderful rest of the day. My head was hurting by how quickly she moved. I was the last customer in line and she quickly apologized once more for the wait. She rung me up and made sure she double bagged my bag. I was so pleased. I told her she was doing a terrific job and she said "thank you ma'am I really appreciate that." And smiled. She then immediately walked off with a rag and started wiping down the store and keeping it up to par . But what really caught my eye today was when I was sitting in the car. I noticed she helped a disabled man walk his bags out to the car. Put them in for him and then went back for him and made sure to hold an umbrella over his head. I was so amazed. Her customer service is beyond expectations. One of the sweetest acts I've seen and I'm 63 years old. 7/11 did a fantastic job with this one. They need more people like her.

Used my CashApp card here for $23 worth of gas. Went inside to make a purchase and the card declined. Found out later this location put a hold on my card of almost $50 for the $23 in gas. Waited a day for it to adjust. Never again. I had other $ to use, but wanted to use the funds I already had on my CashApp card. Never had this problem at the gas stations in Davie?

Horrible customer service. Management does not care about the needs of the customers. Do not use this location as you will be severely disappointed. I had been a customer there for many years. I brought up certain items I had been purchasing for years over and over to management as they are always out and they basically said "that's your problem not ours". Excuses are not action. No apologies or effort to correct just excuses. After all these years I will not go there again.

I went into my local 7-11 which I go to everyday to purchase redbull. The advertised price was 2 for 5. At the register they rang up normal price. I was told that 7-eleven rewards were down and that they would be unable to honor the price. I argued for a while, stating that they could easily modify the price to reflect the price on the shelf. After explaining this to the manager on duty, she still refused to honor the price. At that point I strongly suggested that they remove the sale price from the shelf if they were unable to honor it. At this point the manager left to the back and the associate on the counter refused to serve me. I did not leave and sat at the register until finally she asks, "So you're gonna pay full price?" to which I agreed because I just wanted my stuff. As a regular customer who spends a lot of money at 7-eleven, I feel like I should not have been treated this way over something so minor that they could have corrected. The employees here have no customer service skills.
