Weird to give a 7-11 a four star review, right? Maybe lol. I feel like the brand has made some improvements over the years. Staff are friendlier and more personable. The stores seem cleaner and more tidy. The "fresh food" does not look as bad as it used to. We visited this located several times throughout the pandemic. Since we stayed home a lot, we got into scratch off tickets and trying different locations. This location was not far from us and there are several stores in the plaza behind if need be. Every time we visited, the employee at the register, was always nice. Some were personable and engaged in conversation. Unfortunately, we did not win big off the scratch off tickets or lotto lol. This 7-11 is small inside compared to some other 7-11 locations I have visited but that could be due to the limitations of land. Like most locations, the necessities are sold here. I would not expect to go grocery shopping here but in a pinch, it does the job.There is an abundance of choices regarding snacks and drinks. Most of the store's interior wall is lined with refrigerators. The times I visited, almost every item was in stock. The store appeared clean and neat as well. They do have some fresh food but not a lot and the same goes for packaged salads and sandwiches. This location also has gas pumps.

I would never come here again. It was about 11:00 p.m. and they did not have any half and half, only French vanilla. It was only one choice of coffee. I asked the man to make the Brazilian bold but he refused. There was no one else in the store..

DONT COME HERE AT NIGHT morning shift is amazing but not first time I’ve had bad customer service at night! This time came in to buy a disposable vape and told the guy I’m going to open it and make sure it works he responds very rudely with “you open it we don’t take it back!” I tried it in front of him and it worked but if it hadn’t, he would’ve took my $20! This place is awful and the customer service has down graded so much lately! I thought this was supposed to be a decent gas station, I was wrong and will not be going here even if my life depends on it. Absolute trash.

I walk in to the store like i do everyday today i happen to be fishing all night walk in at 1:44 am. The fresh donuts are in the cases n the rep working said he could not serve them. I have never been treated like this at this store. Just serve the customer is what i feel the service should be , at least like i said 1st time this happens but puts a sour note.

They never honor the offers, not even their own! Huge sign on top of the grill items and they didn't wanted to honor the buy 3 for $3. Don't honor the coupons on the app (funny, the system don't take them in this store yes in the others) don't carry the food items that many other 7 eleven in the area do (small hot section with latin items) and the customer service is ALWAYS horrendous. Unfortunately is the one very close to me, but I try to drive to the one on Taft and Flamingo as they are excellent.

This is actually a Mobil gas station. I had trouble finding them on Yelp because it is listed under 7-Eleven, although there is a 7-Eleven inside. This review is strictly for the gas aspect of this station. I was in there yesterday and had a $15 prepaid AMEX card sitting around my house that I figured I would use toward buying some gas. Well, I walked inside told the gentleman what I wanted and he told me there was no money on the card. I thought that was strange because I immediately cut up and throw out prepaid cards I get through work sometimes when there is no money left on it. This way I don't end up in a situation such as what happened here. But I figured well, I've been real busy lately and probably just forgot to get rid of this card. I went outside and used my personal credit card to pay for the full amount of gas. I went home to check the balance on the prepaid card I wantes to see where I had used the money. Well, guess what? It shows I used it at Mobil gas in Cooper City on July 23rd, 2019. That's odd, the guy told me there was no money left on it. I also received nongas for it. I called back and spoke to the same person, this was about 20 minutes later. He had no idea who I was. I know this is the person I had spoken to because he sounded exactly the same. There were two guys working there but the other one sounded completely different. I asked for a manager, he said no one was there. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and I thought well maybe there was a misunderstanding. BUT I highly doubt that because he told me there was no money on the card and I also did not have $15 prepaid at the pump when I went outside. That is what should have happened if the money actually went on the gas pump I had told him. The pump accepted my personal credit card for full payment. I just called the station again and was told there is no manager there. So, apparently there are no managers that work at the station. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Don't lie to a customer. If I were not so aware and conscientious, I would not have checked my balance online. This is the second Mobil station I've had issues with. Now therecare two stations I will I never give my business again. I will probably write a review of that one another day. I think it is time to switch brands of gas I purchase.

You have the World's worst store on Griifin Road and Palm Avenue in Cooper City, FL It's a Mobil Station. First I go inside to pay because my card was cloned twice there. It take two separate transaction to process Mobil Exxon Reward Card. Tonight I prepaid $20.00 toward gas but my fill up was less than that. In every other gas station when the sales actually closes it is automatically adjusted to the amount dispensed. Not this place I had to go back inside to process refund. I wonder how many do not go back and get ripped off. I am going to alert the actions of this station on local FB Groups
