Needless to say, my experience at this establishment was far from pleasant. Not only was the place a mess, but the employee, Patrick, seemed completely disengaged and unprofessional. His mistake with the fuel pump inconvenienced us greatly and his interaction with my mother during the loud and aggressive dispute was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the lottery machine was also out of order, adding to the frustration of our visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone and suggest that management takes a closer look at their employees and overall operations.

VERY poor customer service.
There were 4 inconsiderate staff available, one being a manager(Tony).
I recommend 711 corporate office to watch the Camara on 6/7/24 between the hours of 12:30pm and 12:50pm. There was a customer who was treated poorly that handled the issue harshly but was angry for good reason. I myself waited patiently for the key to the restroom, asking 3 different employees, one being the manager that pointed me back to the cashiers that refused to assist me. The manager then appears to go look for the key but tells me that maybe it's locked inside the restroom. I go towards the restroom to see that he handed the bathroom key to an older Spanish gentleman who was the 3rd person to ask. A black female and I asked to use the restroom but was ignored. Then, a Spanish cashier appeared to be on a personal phone call, hung up the phone, and made a rude statement after I asked for the store number due to rude and racist actions of the staff.
She then replied, "Look at the receipt." I responded that I didn't have a receipt because I hadn't paid for anything. Her response was that that's why you can't use the bathroom. The problem with that statement is that I didn't get an opportunity to purchase anything, and after the racist and poor actions of the staff, I had no desire to spend any money with them. There should be consequences for racism and poor conduct when on the clock.
SoFlo really needs to be better.
Neither race nor complexion is more important than the other.
That mindset is for idiots that have nothing better to do with their time than be bitter and hateful.

Came to this location today 4/14 in at 11:10pm to purchase gas and some essentials and was harassed by staff. Extremely unprofessional they chose not to serve me because I declined to go out with "the so called manager" of this establishment. He then proceeded to tell his co worker to not serve me either. Ego was clearly hurt and there should be better staff that won't make this location lose money due to harassment and inappropriate advancements being declined. Definitely never going back again.

One of the better locations for hot, prepared food items. Also have newer Slurpee machines.Last visit, the Big Gulp soda station was in a mess though. Only seltzer water was being dispensed from the machines.

The worst clerk and manager, everytime you come and try using the restroom, first they said it's broken, then I ask manager she saying she has no key. Very disrespectful calling me "bro".I'm am a sir, not your bro.
