This place is amazing. This is the biggest one I’ve ever been into the manager was outgoing super nice. The people working there were very helpful. I found everything I needed and I didn’t have to go deal with the crazy large chain store that has unfriendly people. I’m definitely gonna come back here again.

It’s a high crime rate in this area I guess. Staff was asking me to leave my backpack at the front or I couldn’t enter. I don’t appreciate that treatment.

Great customer service! They didn’t have my item in stock and were willing to find another location that did. They then had it delivered to my local store location.

On the search listed 10 items of water bed kit in the store, I phoned ahead and was told none were in the store, I went anyway and they had them in stock. Only place that had them local.

I paid over 40 dollars for two flashlights that had batteries that had gone bad but at least they replaced them and it works ! I won’t be back in the future for anything else though

Walking into the Ace Hardware store off the 17th Street Causeway in Ft. Lauderdale instantly brought on a wave of nostalgia. There’s something special about this place that you just don’t find in the big box stores. It’s the kind of local spot where you know you’re going to get genuine, expert help the moment you step through the door.
I was working on a home improvement project and needed the right masonry screws, anchors, and drill bit. I didn’t know where to start, but luckily, I didn’t have to. David, one of the store’s experts, came to the rescue. He guided me through exactly what I needed with a level of knowledge and attention that you just don’t get elsewhere.
One of the many reasons I love Ace Hardware is that you only buy what you need. Unlike other places where you’re forced to buy a pack of 20 screws when you only need a handful, here you can get precisely the amount you require. This kind of flexibility, combined with expert service, is why we all need to support stores like Ace Hardware. It’s truly the last place where you can find real expertise and personalized help for any project, big or small.

i came in to buy a portable grill. The one I bought was not the one I was looking for. It was smaller than the one I had which I had given to my son, but I'm really happy. I didn't know there was a smaller one. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous
