  Appointment was set for 4:15pm. Took me back at 4:50. They don’t value your time and are unprofessional. The procedure I have done each year is very basic and before I moved here would take all of 15 minutes tops out of the car into the car. Once I was brought back for the procedure I sat another 15 minutes. I know this shouldn’t work like this as previously the machine was all set to go. This place is unprofessional, sloppy and I won’t be back for sure, other places have got to be better than this hot mess of a “medical” facility.
