Really terrible company, they will seek for every pennies. They being targeting my house for many times. It is the same dude truck driver 122, Miguel or Michael. Tolled 4 times, one time time they have to release it because the tag were stolen but car registration was still up to date. Senõr Miguel be careful one day messing around the car you end up in worst scenario.

I would give negative stars if I could. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Left me stranded on the side of the road for hours.

I would give no stars if I could. I live at 10 X and these people towed my guests car when he had a VALID guest permit displayed in his window. This is horrible whether a mistake or intentional. I comply to the community parking rules and to have my guest start their day with their car being gone from their parking spot, is horrible. Do your job properly. Read the permits accurately and carefully to be sure you don’t bother people who aren’t doing anything wrong!!!!!

This company is predatory and shady. Pretty sure they steal yellow tags just to be able to tow them away when business is slow. Do not trust them with any services. They will lie to your face just to get more money. Professionalism? Just nonexistent.

This company is a scam rip off they towed my truck and chipper give me an outrageous price was very disrespectful they didn't want to get my truck chipper back and then they sold it on me don't don't know how I had the title never was contacted take him to small claims court watch out rip-offs

This place is a scam. They are taking people's money unlawfully. They accept cash and Zelle then charge you more if you use a credit card. They do not list any signs to display any rules or regulations, yet they tow at their own leisure. Many people do not have good reviews because they are catching on to their dishonesty and thievery. They must be shut down immediately.

would give a half star if I could. The person working the desk was nice but the manger is incompetent. He charged me for a 30,000lb+ tow when the registration states that the vehicle only weighs 17,000lbs. Then when I refuted his charges he just said he saw pictures of the vehicle and classified it as such. I also witnesses them holding someones stuff hostage because it was blocked in by other items in the storage yard and there was no one there to move the other items to get to the desired item. they told him to come back another day and which meant they would in-cure more storage charges. They did tow my vehicle safely but their other business practices are criminal at best. I also reached out to them through the Better Business Bureau and made an official complaint that they never even replied to. The business needs to be shut down!

This company has repeatedly towed my car from the villages at eastpoint. it is clear the villages is getting kickbacks from this company for towing our cars illegally. They damage our cars and take them from our property. Horrible company, fraud, and still probably wondering why their ratings are so bad.Service: Car towing

I requested towing because my car was overheating and they made me wait 3 to 4 hours before canceling on me and I had to call them to find out why they cancelled all they did was apologize. Mind you I had my 5 year old child with me and we had to wait on the street side in the sun. How inconsiderate can you guys be!!!!

Car was towed because yellow decal was stolen absolutely ridiculous as this wasn’t a valid reason to be towed on the lease, as my registration wasn’t even expired. I Even have a police report to prove my decal was stolen and I had to pay $200 to get it out over something that wasn’t my fault!
