AMEX sent me a bonus points offer but would not honor the agreement. After paying the card membership fee they decided I didn't qualify and wouldn't refund the fees. False advertising and unfortunate, WAS a client for 17 years.

It’s all a sham the card benefits can be had for cheaper elsewhere they cut salaries right before covid hit the US (the Chinese colleagues told them about covid in advance) and they are sending more and more jobs over seas
