I have moved many times and had a great experience with the Armstrong Company. Danielle in the office was efficient and always replied promptly to my questions. Desmond Moore who was the team lead/truck driver was excellent! He was very communicative, made sure that everything ran smoothly and even mailed me a lamp part that was accidently left in a box. Really great crew to work with!

Outstanding service. Great care was taken when packing and loading by a really amazing crew. They made what could have been a very stressful event completely stress free and easy. Would not hesitate to use them again for a move.

Wow! We worked with The Armstrong Company through United Van Lines for an across the country move and could not of been happier. Marcia (our point person) was helpful, dependable, timely, and friendly. I really felt like she cared that our move was successful. In fact, the entire team (packers, movers) in Florida then the ones they hired in California were all professional, hard-working, and really cared about doing a good job. I would highly recommend The Armstrong Company!

Very Bad experience for Delivery i went there ahead of time they kept me waiting for 5 hours.They don’t have space for Unloading Goods.No Restrooms for DriverAnd Also bad Attitude.

We recently moved and I wanted to write a review because most often we forget that not only the bad should be reported but also the good. We recently used the services of Armstrong Companies Pompano Beach location to move us. We have used this location previously for our moving services and my experience has always been GREAT! Yesenia was the crew leader and her and her team were excellent, professional and thorough. I was very pleased that upon arrival the first thing she did was do a visual inspection of the elevator and surrounding areas to identify any areas that were previously damaged. In addition they took care of padding the door to our apartment and even rolled out a floor mat to prevent tile damage. Upon completion on the move out Yesenia did a visual check to ensure nothing had been left behind. At the delivery location, they arrived and did a visual walk through prior to unloading to identify the path and where things would be place. They unloaded , unwrapped and positioned everything where it was going to stay . They picked up all of their padding and garbage and put everything back into their truck. Yesenia and her crew made sure our experience was seamless and handled in a professional manner. I also have to commend Alex, Jamie and Hunter for their diligence in coordinating and running a great operation at the Pompano location. I expected nothing less than what we received as I have known and dealt with the team on a previous move and know that Armstrong always provide their clients with great service . Thank you for making my most recent experience one that I can speak to everyone about and refer to my friends, family and colleagues.

Truly the most amazing moving experience I’ve ever had! By far!!!!After having so many bad experiences with other large and small companies throughout the years, I am beyond thankful for the most amazing talented caring movers I’ve ever seen before.It was literally like watching a well oiled machine the way these individuals worked together in the most seamless fashion and moving from one thing to the next while caring greatly and packing professionally every single item to be moved or touched.If you wish to feel as relieved as I do and as thankful as I am, HIRE THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SIMPLY AMAZING!I will never move again without their help!

NEVER NEVER... The worst place I have ever done business with.. Lost 5/6 boxes, Lost a 7 foot colonial country TV table with shelves, even after my husband and I witnessed the table was on the truck. Ignored all my emails and would never claim nor deny they had the table.. Terrible people to do business with ...STAY AWAY..

Worst movers ever. Never contacted us regarding the move date and/or time. Called them 5 times and they were 90 mins despite having elevator booked for 2 weeks in advance and then gave stupid reasons for being late. Very very unprofessional. The lady named Jamie for worst to deal with and NOT HELPFUL at all. Would never recommend them. Negative rating would have been more appropriate.
