I arrived at the store on 11/04/24 approximately 1800 hours to figure out my Apple payment error and Mr. G was rude and very condescending to me about a mistake I overlooked and just needed the appropriate guidance to fix it. I also asked to put a simple screen protector on that I purchased elsewhere and he just had to say in the shortest but rudest way that he couldn’t do it and I’ve gotten it put on there before (specifically two to three weeks ago) for the second time. I dont know if he was ready to go or not. I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless it was distasteful customer service. I’ve had much better experiences with other sells reps even when it was complex visit but he was definitely a first for me and I’ll definitely wouldn’t want his help if I’m there again.

Ahmed was very pleasant and helped me rapidly. I wasn’t thrilled to have to switch to AT&T from my previous internet provider, but Ahmed made my visit to the store very pleasant and I appreciate him. Recommend asking for him when you visit this store.

Darwin is hands down the best ATT consultant I have ever worked with. There was no wait in the store. Darwin approached me immediately, was very knowledgeable and made the process of a new iPhone extremely easy. Thanks to him I had no stress or any hick ups with my phone buying experience. Look no further. Come here and ask for Darwin.

On the last free weekend of the of the summer, I stopped in to this AT&T location with my teenage nephew. The red iPhone 14 he had on the day of the visit had experienced some water damage from falling as he tried to ride his bike home in a Florida rain storm just the previous day. I was greeted sort of. I sat down a few minutes before the actual service member realized no one else wasn't going to help. Darwin- came over and asked how could he help- so I began with the situation of what got us there in the 1st place. A broken phone. After the scenario was heard , -Darwin ultimately got me to get another phone and added the line to my main line thereby giving me 2 lines now. I said ok. - We finished the transaction and went on
with our plans for that evening. The following business day Darwin called and advised that I left my cellphone that has now been paid off. I thanked him for the reminder and with school starting back up- me working full time with the Broward Sheriff's Office I work extremely long hours- and with school just starting back I've been busy focusing on getting/keeping my nephew on task with scheduling and extracurricular activities- it should my mind to go pick up my cellphone!
Today made week 2 - my husband & I stopped by the location today to get the phone. Only to be greeted half way again. Darwin didn't even speak( although he may have forgotten I was his customer) The lack of respect in the delivery of the message to me telling me that my phone was no longer there was almost unforgivable. All I can think of was this new extremely high bill that I now have with a contract- when all I had to do was pay the deductible on my Asurion account that I do and did have on the of service! Your guy swindled me into a deal . As I am-"well where is my phone" the condenseding voice went from talking to me as it would be a moment for me to speak and being spoken over to- calling me out on my angry tone because my phone was no longer there. Being spoken to just like that with those words. "You're upset to hear that your phone is not here". -- and you dam right I was. I was confused with how could they discard a phone that wasn't even quite a year old that I paid off! They couldn't tell me when it was discarded, nor where it was discarded, didn't even try to assist. I believe this was the mngr -Alejandro (?)- my sales guy Darwin never looked my way. So I got a bigger bill, and a f- you to your property- because it was not safe there with them. I was even carded even though there was only gonna be a quick visual of the drivers license. Simply because I the questioning got heated because I didn't appreciate nor did I deserve that lack luster style of no service. - I was promised a discount due to the complaint- About the bill. - The mngr led about that too!! My bill hasn't been credited yet! The credit was a little- but it was something since a 1000.00 dollar phone was now missing and since it was damaged ? there service was also.

This was the easiest visit to an AT&T store that I have ever had. Within 5 minutes, I was leaving the store with exactly what I wanted, and zero hassle. The employee (Son) that worked with me was friendly, welcoming, and extremely efficient.

Lied to my face with no apology. If your iPhone has the back shattered, they’ll give you max 350, not $700 toward new phone program. I switched over the them based on that lie. Darwin is a non chalant inefficient sales rep. Avoid like the plague. He tried to sell me on ipads and iwatch while I told him I didn’t need it but insisted I had 20% rebate….overall terrible experience, I’m ending up paying full price for an iPhone that doesn’t even feel like an upgrade. I should have just repaired mine and stayed where I was.

Worse customer service - it is sad that the store is led by a terrible leader/manager with a horrible attitude, he never made me feel welcome, he did not ask me questions to understand my needs, he is NOT customer service oriented at all. I do not recall his name but he is a tall African American guy. The worst experience ever. He should not be a manager. He needs to take his job seriously.

Worst store that I ever went, I keep having unresolved problems with them because the staff doesn’t know what they talking about, this store have to invest in more training for the staff, I’m definitely not going back to this store ever again.

everyone was so rude and unhelpful…staff was more concerned about eating the bag of candy on the desk than anything else. staff needs a serious course on customer service

My experience at the AT&T store was truly exceptional, all thanks to Sean. In a time of great stress and worry as my wife's father was hospitalized, Sean's kindness and expertise shone brightly. Not only did he efficiently resolve the issue with her dad's phone number, but he also provided unwavering support and understanding. Sean's compassion and dedication went far beyond what I could have expected from a customer service interaction. He truly made a difference during a challenging time for our family, and for that, we are immensely grateful. Sean is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should be, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance at AT&T.
