Granted I did not have my ID with me but one of the representatives that was there knew me and the manager that sold me the phone my first AT&T phone in 2000. Back when it was called singular They couldn’t help me because of my ID but they were very helpful because they let me use their phone to call the automated system After one hour of being on the phone with them and not getting anywhere. I still have a I watch that is not programmed and I blocked iPhone fortunately, there was only three employees and zero client so without any notice I just left hang up the phone and still have the problem That AT&T does not want to fix for me. Hopefully, I will have better luck at Apple. however, I do recommend logging into my art app from somebody else’s phone and try to add another line on my own account and that’s how I’m able to go by. I write this review with the exact common sense in train of thought that I had when I was at the store. I felt confused puzzled and with no reason unappreciated.

Worse customer service ever. I went here to transfer my phone from Xfinity mobile to att. I stated I wanted prepaid service cause I’ve always used prepaid. Juan told me that I was not eligible for prepaid service and the only service I could get was post paid. I told him I didn’t want my social being used and I want prepaid. He went along with post paid and it took hours just to get a transfer code and finally he tells me I can’t get the service because I need to pay years old Ubers balance. Then he comes back to say tomorrow I can come back and get the prepaid sim card if I setup the prepaid service online. After he already told me repeatedly there was no option for me to get prepaid when
I’ve had att prepaid before for years. I had no phone service when I came into the phone service and was not trying to spend the night without phone service and Juan knew that. But instead he wasted 2 hours of my time now it’s after 8pm the store is closing and now I have to spend the night with no phone when I would have had more options if he didn’t let everything close. All he cared about was making a sales commission off of me bringing my number over to att. Lied to me like I couldn’t get prepaid then at the end told me I could lol what type of customer service is this. Very selfish and took advantage of my immediate need to transfer my phone service. Juan is all for self and none for the client. Thanks a lot for making me spend the night without phone service. I don’t even want to come to att anymore all because of you

Service was great. The best experience I would highly recommend. The staff, especially Arif, were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable of their products. Kudos to ATT.

About the worse manage. Quite rude and non reason. While the world is going high tech the manager refused to accept my digital id and my security 6 digit code to verify my identity so he change my sims card. If that’s corporate policy than you should be more involved in your company improving costumer services. Failure corporate policy as much as failure of management. One should clearly evaluate the situation.

I visited recently to move from Android to iPhone. Kamrye Shaw is the consultant who I have had the pleasure of working with since I moved to AT&T this fall. Every visit he greets me with a smile. He is so knowledgeable and efficient. I’m in and out quickly! While working with me he greeted everyone who came in the store making everyone feel welcomed. I think we are so lucky to have him here in our Fort Lauderdale store!!! Five stars all the way for Kam and this AT&T Store!
