I didn’t get the chance to find out a name of the person who was assisting me but I was completely disappointed with the level of service and inaccuracy provided from that person. Rude, arrogant, while assisting me he was doing something on his personal phone, basically didn’t even pay attention what I was asking about my account. Had to call customer service to get a proper information and decided to visit other store. Avoid this store if you can.

I was not satisfied about my previous transaction. I brought a magnet charger in October 2023, and I was very displeased to find out that transaction was NOT done under my account. Then the charger I brought I came back into the store to exchange . And thankfully I was able to get an exchange for a better charger .
But unfortunately this new charger I exchanged gave me issues as well . So I went in to the store to find out that there were no records of me purchasing this charger. And during my previous transaction I wasn't even asked for my email so I would be able to keep a paper trail of my purchase. But the store representative told me that everything was the fault of the previous manager that recently got terminated. So I was not happy yesterday that I had to buy a whole new charger. Moving forward please allow your team to give all customers the proper service so if we DO HAVE TO COME BACK and return or exchange an item it would not be a hassle ! However, the representatives that were at the store yesterday did try to assist me and bringing clarity. But as a customer I was not taken cared of during my previous transactions.
If a supervisor can contact me I would appreciate it on this matter .

The staff member who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I had several questions about upgrading my phone and switching to a new plan, and he took the time to explain all my options clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which made the whole process very comfortable.
The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed.
Overall, my experience at the AT&T store was excellent. The customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling very satisfied with my new phone and plan. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable staff.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She frequently used profanity while my kids and I were in the store also repeatedly saying the derogatory term also known as the “N” word. I felt so uncomfortable and also will be contacting corporate. People like her should not be allowed to work in a place of business.
