I went to the At&t store in Davie at university drive.The Staff was very Pleasant and Friendly.I was signed in and told someone will be with me shortly.I did not have to wait long when a very nice youngNamed Dillion walked over and took care of everything.I left the store feeling satisfied.I always love At&t ❤️ They are the Best in Customer service and technical support.I would recommend my Friends and Family to At&t.Thanks again Dillion you were Great.

I have had previous terrible experience with AT&T and between Carlos and Huneen they really shifted and changed my experience .I have been treated so poorly by AT&T both company stores and franchise and did walk in on the defense because of my experience ..They were patient and kind and this will be my home store ..It is a drive for me because I live in Coral Springs but it's worth it..thank you for your understanding and compassion

For Anastasia Mazen, manager When I arrived Dillon was helping a customer, but took time to direct me to the low chairs to have a seat. As I waited, he came to me and said there was one more customer before you. Shortly he came to me, analyzed my situation and recommended a solution. What a guy! He was so polite and knowledgeable and in 35 minutes I had the info written down by him and he handed me that info and I left. I just can't ever remember encountering such a resourceful salesman anywhere. This was truly a magic moment and he didn't make a cent. No pressure, intelligent, caring people are so rare. Thank you and if you need someone to rely on, Dillon is the man! Made my day for sure. He'd be my choice if I was hiring to work for me. Thanks again and have a good day.

I arrived at the AT&T store at 6.50pm and the rep was the last sales person in the store. He was preparing to leave for the day but he asked me my reason for visiting. I advised I was there to purchase the new iPhone 15. He welcomed me to have a seat and continued to order my request. As it was time to close the store, he was professional and assisted me to process the order.

A completely positive experience at the AT&T store at The Tower Shops in Davie, Florida.Upon arrival representative Huneen B was welcoming, friendly and courteous, he is well versed and has great overall product knowledge and has provided impeccable customer service. He is a great asset in the Davie store. I will definitely recommend and work with him in the future.

We went to this store and had the pleasure of being cheerfully and thoroughly helped by Cody. He was a smiling encyclopedia of helpfulness and assisted us in choosing a new phone. The store was impeccable also. Hopefully his supervisors will do what ever they can to retain and promote Cody as he is by far the best that we have encountered in several years with a big family plan with AT&T.

Horrible, terrible, idiots, I can't even believe how unaware the person is that "helped" me today. Not only did he sit in front of me looking at his phone, laughing at whatever he was watching and not paying attention to his job, but he totally messed up a switch on my account. Inverted numbers, put two phone numbers on one cell phone and blamed his stupidity on a tech that I had to call in store at the 800 number. What a bad experience, I will be switching services. Run away people, these "techs" suck and should all be fired. Its not like they work anyway, just sitting there taking up space. I think they may be good at selling cell phones. too bad I wasn't there to buy one.

I went in store today to submit a death certificate and switch an account holder name at 3pm and left there at 5pm unsatisfied. When I get home I realized the phone number is wrong when calling a relative and I can't log in to the online service because all of my information is wrong. Horrible customer service and employees are completely unaware of their jobs. Maybe I should feel bad for them because maybe they make less than fast food restaurants cooks. What a mess, these idiots should quit and go pump gas at Costco. Did I mention I called the 800 number and they couldn't help fix my account;

The customer service is that this store was very good, they help me with my problems, but the reason why I give this a 1-star rating is because last weekend on Saturday I was there, the waiting time for this store is HORRIBLE!Because the store has no employees.The customer service is very good, but you have to wait at least 40 minutes to be available

I went into the store about maybe a half an hour before they were going to close at 8:00 p.m. I entered the store and spoke with an employee a female employee and indicated that my phone was broken. The female employee asked me ”what do I want me to do?". I refrained from punching her in the face. I asked her "what can you do?" I guess she didn't realize she worked there and was and I was a customer.
