There were 6 ladies standing behind the counter, all moving VERY slowly and some not doing anything at all. When I got to the counter the lady was not very friendly. I ordered two cups of bites and one pretzel. She told me that they were out of all of those and that a pretzel would be 10 minutes. She then told me that they just don't have the bites and will be unable to make them. The cherry on top was that the pretzel that they had in the case was old, burnt, and not warm. I get you can't stock everything but its on the menu so you should be able to make them?Also, when I was in line I watched on of the employees take a pretzel out of the case and just eat it right there at the counter. It was one of very few in the case.

Had the worst experience at this location. While standing in line, I was holding cash in my hand and the girl proceeds to tell me they do not take cash. I told her is was legal tender and should be used anywhere. Then she says to me, "your cash is trash". I said excuse me?, and she repeated herself.( I was just as this same spot not 30 min earlier with a friend that paid with cash.)Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews first and when I opened their site via Google, they only had a 1.8 star rating with about 60 some reviews. So much for customer service.

The two workers at the stand seemed to be quite busy making pretzels. (I’m sure they have to fulfill a lot of orders often as they are the first food stand after making it through security). I appreciated their kindness but they it seems that who ever manages this stand would benefit from allocating their resources better by possibly hiring more employees.

They didn't even have half the pretzels all they had were almond ones. I asked for the cinnamon ones very politely and the woman was so rude.

Nothing was ready. Said dough was rising to come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later STILL Nothing. Ask how long it would take for pretzel nuggets. He told me 30 minutes.

Staff is rude and will jowly allow you to order from the menu. What you see is the only thing you get, and if you are lucky it’s what you want. Place should just close if they don’t want to work.

5:21am two employees on shift 7/27/23 we had to call their attention to let us know they weren’t serving hot breakfast that was already made in the little box window they did not want to serve us listen to the reviews skip this place and get it shut down for 6 years the owner has not replied to any customer putting money in their pocket they clearly do not care contacted corporate hope everyone else does the same very unprofessional

Overall I cannot complain about the food. The food tasted good, and didn’t take too long. I am giving it 1 star because of the customer service. I was with my family waiting in line to order and the guy at the register was very rude. In many reviews people have complained about someone with the same description. When we tried to order frozen lemonade, he pointed at the machine instead of simply saying it wasn’t available. We didn’t think anything of that even though it was still rude. Then as we continued to order my dad said the order multiple times, and the lady said “I heard you, you said it so many times.” Not only that, but they still got the order wrong. Then my dad explained the mistake and the guy said “You must got a lot on your mind cause I got your order right.” We didn’t know how to respond so we just continued on with our day. Either way the way the staff treated us was unacceptable. The only reason they got one star is because the food did taste good. I will not be coming back to this location, and this is a bad reflection on Auntie Anne’s. Thankfully I have been to other locations before but this man’s service could affect the whole corporation.

We went to Auntie Anne’s because we were hungry, we shouldn’t have eaten there. We were ordering and the man at the register looked so mad to even be there and he didn’t speak. He just stared at us. We kept on repeating the order and HE STILL GOT IT WRONG! We got five drinks for our party( we are four people) and he told my dad, ” You must have a lot on your mind.” Like WHAT! Who says that to a customer? So overall, the food was good but service was horrible. I would give a zero but it didn’t allow me to do that.

I’m not going to complain about the inventory bc i’ve never seen an auntie anne’s location in stock with everything but at the same time, be nice. i went to the counter on june 22, 2023 at around 1:30. i was a short asian lady with her mom. i had a family of 7 and we all ordered a regular pretzel and bought out the last 6 hotdogs in a blanket. we also bought the last pepperoni pretzel. the man who checked us out was extremely annoyed up front and said we should apologize to everyone behind us for buying him out. i didn’t. he then asked a coworker to help check other people out since i bought the whole menu he said. he was very rude at this point not just to me but also his coworker when she told him she needs to put the two trays in before she can come to the other register. he rudely said to her, “no like this lady bought everything. jump on a register.” she stops what she’s doing and helps him. when she takes care of the other women and the other lady tries to order the pepperoni pretzel when i knew i had already bought it and just waiting to be packaged, i tried to explain to the other worker but he rudely interrupted and said i got you don’t worry. when the coworker comes and tries to package the pepperoni pretzel for her customer, he rudely tells her that i already boughtit. she goes why didn’t you communicate with me; he said i told u she bought everything. at this point, he was taking out his frustration on everyone so i just took my stuff and left quickly. he was a tall, about 6’2, black guy. i love auntie anne’s and again, i’ve never seen one fully stocked with all the options but i’ve also never ran into a rude worker like him and i’ve spent 10 years in retail. do better; this sounds like a constant problem at this location.

Saw someone in front of me order a pretzel dog. I asked for the pretzel minis. The cashier said they were out, they just had the big dogs, so I said, ok I’ll take the pretzel dog then. Swiped my card, then the cashier hands me a regular pretzel. I said, no, I wanted the pretzel dog. He says, we don’t have those, just these big boys. I said, oh, when you said big dogs, I thought you meant the larger pretzel dog. I then asked for a refund. He had to walk to go find a manager. They refunded me and I was on my way. Not sure why this location is even open when they don’t have more than half of what’s listed on the menu available. Terrible business practice.
