I sent this to you the first time you asked and now you tell me you don't have it? First your staff gave me a car that was occupied by another family, so we had to go back to the counter to get another car. Luckily we did not have to wait in line another hour. Then, as we were pulling out of the garage, the message came on that the windshield washer fluid was low and the person who checked my license didn't work for Avid. Then I received a message that the tire pressure was low (28) & it went down to 26. I tried to put air in the tire and wasted $3.00 because I couldn't get the pump to work and no one would come out and help. However, one thing that your company got right was making the return of the vehicle so easy. You get a 10 out of 10 for the return, but very low marks for making me waste so much time in line only to be given a car that another family had and have to return to the counter.

While both the front and rear wipers "worked", the blades were in such poor shape that you literally couldn't see through them. You needed to keep the wiper on high speed just to be able to barely see where you were going. The suspension on the vehicle should be checked as you were bouncing on the road once you got to highway speeds. The brakes were pulsating and it's obvious that they need replacing or adjusted. The vehicle felt like it was going to die when at idle. You needed to pump the gas slightly at stop lights to keep it going. Make it interesting for parallel parking. Simply not a pleasant experience. The vehicle was functional, but it needs an overhaul...

Bad rental experience with AVIS on our last trip. They charged us fees that were not explained when picking up the car and in addition they charged us for extra washing in the absurd amount of US$450.00 and the car was just dusty. They sent photos of the process that show nothing wrong with the cleaning, just one of the carpets with a little sand. The photo of the car at the time of delivery was the same one I took. The other photos were sent by the company and do not show any excessive dirt. I worked at Localiza Rent a Car for 15 years and I have never seen any treatment like this towards customers. I had a contract with Álamo and switched to AVIS because of the model. I totally regretted it.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Had an excellent experience with the desk at pickup.Was charged for two gallons of gas at $9.99 per gallon AFTER filling up on the way in. Gas gauge read full and had topped off. Don’t trust this new “technology” because there’s no way the car used that much gas before drop off. Gas charge was more than half the rental cost. May as well pay more to use another company that won’t upset you with charges like this.

Wow worse experience ever I been a loyal customers for sometime now I would of throught this location was the best to rent since it’s the airport I return the renter car an hour later I’m looking for my wallet so I realize I forgot my wallet so I rush back there seen a manger he said he check the van nothing there now he saying he contacting lost in found he runs in and come back he came out with a wallet with a tag on it he said this it I said yes I open it to check to see if all my things was in it well I guess yall know what happens next’s boom money is missing dL is missing wow how sad so they steal customers personal items and etc so I contacted bso made a report now I’m just waiting on the outcome so body gone be punished for this I’m going viral from tik Tok to Facebook instagram in so on people will know not to rent from here they are thieves

Worst experience I ever had with a rental service from hell! They over charged me for there mistakes! I have called customer service they hung up on me multiple times very rude service. Their customer service is all over seas. No one in the location takes accountability and tries to do there job, just want to put the blame on each other and send you to customer service and then back to the branch. The over the phone service is very rude and just want to speak over you and rush you off the phone. Then on top they over charged me $200 on “accident” then when I go to get it fixed everyone is confused ! Worst rental experience ever would not recommend to my worst enemy. Then they gave me a bad car on top of that !Long story short never ever ever use Avis just got to HERTZ RIGHT NEXT DOOR OR ENTERPRISE ON THE SECOND FLOOROnly go to Avis if you want a headacheBritanniaConrad spoke to her at 12pm

I usually don't participate in surveys. I would like to give my honest feedback as there are a lot of opportunities to learn here. I made a reservation for a mid-size SUV for one way trip from FLL to CLT due to the cancellation of my flight. I was traveling with a 9-year-old and 5-year-old girl. There were a couple of things I would like to mention1. I made a reservation for $ 117, I was on the phone with the insurance company and while signing the documents I realized my bill was 207 dollars. When I asked about the price difference, I was told it was because I came 30 min before my reservation time. I would have appreciated it if I was told about the price difference before they changed it with out notifying me.2. I paid for Mid size SUV, Toyota RAV 4 or similar, I got a Subaru Crosstrek which is compact or a Subcompact SUV which has 55000 miles on it. The car was not in good condition, there were problems with alignment. I would have appreciated it if they given me a mid-size SUV relatively in good condition especially if I was traveling with my family overnight to Charlotte from FLL.I hope this review helps your customer service in the future.

We got hit by another car from the rear and Avis told us to return the car for an exchange at the nearest Avis center. After returning the car, we’ve been told that the car needed inspection and therefore it’s blocked for a few days, meaning we wouldn’t get another car! We couldn’t even rent another one. We got stuck at the airport with no support from Avis whatsoever. A stressful situation I don’t want to live again.
