BoA Management needs to get involved at this location. It is absurd to have the business line closed and to have only one or two tellers working while others are sitting in their offices, doing what appears to be nothing, while customers wait in long lines wasting upwards if 30-40 mins, just to be helped ... I've already been in line for 30 mins!! Only two customers have been served, one still at the window. Why doesn't management take action to resolve these issues?

This is the nearest Bank of America to my house so I stop in multiple times a month. In my opinion it is the worst Bank of America branch I've personally visited. For once I just want to come in and there be more then one bank teller working. It's always minimum 15-30min wait just to see someone for basic transactions.

I just can't get over the LONG LINES every time I need to go to this bank. Who closes the drive-thru lanes in the midst of a pandemic? Bank of America. Almost every location has suffered a down-sizing remodel in the past 2 years. It's a perfect excuse to have people do their own banking online, while you give your money to the bank so they can invest it and make more money that they never give to you in interest. I hope no one believes that their money is sitting in an account waiting for them... if you want to wait an hour to deposit cash or a check or withdrawal money, this is the location for you!! It's time for a different bank. I am out.

One teller working at lunchtime with a line out the door while several executives mill around looking for things to do. Poor management! Very frustrating. Will not use this branch again!!!!!

I was thinking about closing my account with Bank of America because the location I usually go to is permanently closed. However, the lines were long but I was able to talk to a customer service representative fairly quickly. The customer service rep at the desk was nice and helped me. He was super nice and it really helped me reconsider my option to close my banking account with BOFA. I liked how accommodating and friendly they were and it made my visit very quick. I would definitely recommend this location for all your banking needs because the people here are nice and great at their job.

As is my typical Bank of America experience in other locations, they are understaffed I had an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time to meet with a banker. The good news is that they're conveniently located and courteous
