Long lines, slow service, unpleasant customer interaction. They seem to be trying to improve, but it's inconsistent and unreliable. The branch on 70th Avenue & Broward Blvd is far more efficient and customer friendly to personal and business bankers alike.

Stopped in to add a DBA to my business account. Was asked to make an appointment so I didn’t need to wait an hour. So I scheduled the appointment for 11:30am 08/2/23. I return at 11:30am and I’m left waiting for 45 minutes while they assist walk ins. Absolutely no respect for my time. Very disappointing as this is a new business account and I was considering moving my other business account from TD over to BOA. A little reluctant to even consider that anymore…

There are never enough tellers, lines are generally long and take a long time to the line down, most of the time the teller isn't trained to handle most of the issues that come to the teller. More often than not a manager is called to handle issues that the teller may have already wasted time doing nothing to help.

There are about 5 to 6 employees working here but only one teller at the window. I'm standing behind at least 8 customers all waiting to be seen by one teller. I will never return to this bank.

THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO BE CLOSED!DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! Rude and Disrespectful Staff!This was by far the WORST banking experience I had in my life! If I could give negative stars, I would.I am from New York and opened business accounts with BoA in New York. It was a phenomenal experience. However, since I am in Ft. Lauderdale visiting, I decided to visit a branch to open a new account. I was disrespected by the Banker, Frank, who REFUSED to provide me with detailed information regarding opening a new business account and the bank of America preferred rewards program. He was condescending when I talked about transferring money, saying, "I do not have enough to be worried about it."Then the Branch Manager, Angella, was called into his office, and he started yelling at me, saying I am lying, and the Branch manager did nothing. When I asked her why she was not telling him to stop, she said, "she does not coach employees in front of customers." I was mortified. I don't know why telling an employee not to disrespect a customer shouldn't be stopped at the moment of the incident.The only reason I did not close all of my accounts with Bank of America on the spot is that every other experience I had at different locations was phenomenal. However, I called customer service, and no follow-up was done. As a result, I am now considering my relationship with this institution.

Worst bank people are rude I'm here to pick up foreign currency they throw one employee to another. The lady so rude disrectfull no manners. Negative stars.

Don't bother coming here. We came in for a simple notary appointment and another employee (not the notary) said they could not notarize the document. When we attempted to show that yes in fact we can have the wedding license notarized here she refused to even look or bring the notary over. Once again not a notary making this decision, just some employee. Go somewhere more competent.

The best bank office I've seen! I don't understand why I see bad grades here. I arrived at this office on 04.26.2022 at 9:00 am. I was met by a very professional woman who was calm and asked a few necessary questions to understand the reason for the visit and whether I am a client of the bank. After that, she immediately reported my visit to a competent specialist. Less than 2 minutes later, Christian Garzon approached me. He worked as professionally as possible, he found out everything he needed and even called the translator to find out even more to establish my identity and the reason for my visit. And only after that he started opening my new account He did it so quickly that I didn't even have time to want to smoke. I have not seen or heard any unnecessary actions or words from the employees of this beautiful branch of the bank. I haven't seen such well-coordinated teamwork anywhere. Thank you Cristian Garzon for solving my problem very good, thank you black - skind mam (I’m sorry I didn't recognize the name), thank you Bank of America!P.S. 10 stars

this banks employees are rude and do not care about there customers. they are always holding checks and never want to release it. the bank has been cashing my husbands check from the same company for a year and out of nowhere decided to start holding his checks. the lady stated we needed to have an equal amount of money on the card in order to cash it. they offered no options and were very rude! i do not recommend!

Every single time I go up there to cash a check as an existing customer with an account the manager Angella Coleman denies the check to be cashed… Not only that every other location I go to I get my check cashed no problem.. You know how many 8$ you guys missed out on at that location..

Only dealt with this bank for two months and today I went there to deal with situation not only the guy roll his eyes at me couple like I'm bothering him then say down in the lobby just to get ignore for hours to the point I had to leave and call instead due since their to busy to assist. I was so disappointed and currently looking for another bank with better customer service

Get your ATM's fixed and working properly. Always an issue. The machine can't dispense cash right now, the machine can't accept cash deposits right now, plus the two machines to the left (drive thru) have not functioned since I moved to Plantation 3 months ago. Absolutely ridiculous. About ready to switch banks !

Horrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a financial institution. Took time off of work to go get a certified check to pay my rent. Apparently my BOA app does not reflect my true balance in my account. I was denied my certified check but with zero explanation as to why. The manager was not willing to explain anything to me. He just used one work answers like “yep” and “nope” for each time a response was warranted. I will be going into my local branch this Saturday to withdraw all my funds and take my business elsewhere. See Ya!!!!!
