Based on reviews, I expected horrible service at this branch. I was pleasantly surprised! I had four patrons in front of me in line, but the line moved very quickly -- even though it was towards the end of lunch time! A manager came out to help if any of the customers only needed make a check deposit, which assisted the gentleman behind me. The teller that assisted me was very kind, courteous, and even complimented my shirt! When I left, the line was gone and no one was waiting. I would not hesitate to return to this branch when necessary.

Ha! Can I give zero stars? Absolutely no customer service at this branch. The tellers are rude and have an attitude. Also when you call no one answers the phone. Perfect example of why I need to dump this bank

Second time here and they always have an excuse of why they can’t notarize a document. They want you to wait an hour just to have a document notarized

This place was a joke before COVID and it has only become worse. There's 8 ppl "working" on one customer.

Not enough tellers, lines are always long. Usually 30 minutes at the least to get to the counter. Bank of America has shut down other branches so the remaining branches are always jam packed. There is no drive through teller. The staff are very friendly and helpful but going there is always a chore. Don’t even bother going the 1st of the month or on a payday.

Terrible service and were incredible rude. I felt like I was in a police station rather then a place I was a customer.

2 atms across the street from the bank proper. Seems like one of the 2 is either being worked on or not working every other time I visit (rarely). The drive through is well lit and I've never seen anyone lurking in the shadows. Atms count deposited cash slowly but accurately.

This branch is extremely friendly and very helpful. They do their best to try and move people through as quickly as possible. You are made to feel like a valued customer which is certainly a new experience for me as I am all too used to lack luster employees who are rude. This experience was a breath of fresh air, I hope it stays.

I understand the cashier not able to help you!But the Manager; i’m sorry Sandra but customer service “poor”!If I have to Rate 1 to 10I would’ve give you 3 Because you Was really educated with me, but didn’t help me at all, just give a hard time!

Went into location to get a notary. Tried calling before but they dont answer the phone. Told I have to make an appointment. They dont offer appointment online e. Not busy and they could care less.
