What type of scum bag bank places a 9-day hold on a certified check?! Literally, the worst bank… I will be closing my business and personal accounts with this establishment, and will be finding a proper bank.Correction…. My first rating was a 1 star. However, you guys/gals are very lucky to have a manager that actually listens and cares about his clients, like you do with this branches VP and MgrJeffrey Carrillo. Who went above and beyond to help my business out of a bind today. Because of this manger, I will keep my accounts with BOA.

The first branch of this bank that does not respect the appointment time, more than 30 minutes waiting, they give preference to people without an appointment, I think it is not professional and according to the criteria of the person who was going to assist me Jeffrey.

The boomers coming in to get account transaction history arent helping the situation and where 90% of these low rating are from, gonzo at the front was helpful, patient, and efficient with my issue then i watched him deal with a number of angry cleints professionally and efficiently. Go see him. He's the bees' knees.

I came in today to cash my check,I’m a hard working men.The teller said l she couldn’t cash my check as if I came in to do fraud, because the check wasn’t good.I was really embarrassed I always cash my check at Bank of America, every two weeks that I get paid!!I’m not sure if she’s a newbie or being train that’s every unacceptable, I visited a different branch and the teller cash my check with no problems and asked why would you guys embarrassed me in such a way, because theirs nothing wrong with the check I had that’s was process by an actual job.When tellers are new or being train if they aren’t sure they should get help from an upper management I will never visit this branch anymore.I’m highly upset from working a long shift to being turn around in this stormy weather.Just trust drive to another branch and have your branch non knowing what they did wrong resolve some where else.Highly upset.

The worst bank ever!!They didn’t cash the check my father gave to me, just because he signed and i wrote the amount. And on top of everything they charge a $8 fee because I don’t have an acc with them.So my father has to come to bank and again he signed the check and i wrote the amount again, and guess what!?!? They cashed. This is the worst bank ever!!! Wells Fargo is way better banking.Ps* manager is an big time jerk!!!

I didn't read the reviews and went to the nearest office. Received a lot of unreliable service from dishonest employees and management. I didn’t check the information - I was sure that they couldn’t be cheated at the bank. And when I called the hotline, it turned out that everything that they told me in this department was not true. Surely. It's just to think - the bank refused to transfer money to me because I'm like a scammer! I came to them with tears because due to the delay in payment, I was charged a penalty fee. They were not prepared to accept the claim, they had to persuade. And it is surprising that as soon as I said that I would write a claim, they immediately agreed to make a payment! Although last time they said that they would not do it because they do not have such an option! Surprisingly, Bank of America doesn't have a wire transfer! Fantastic! I barely persuaded them to accept the claim - they wrote it themselves and sent it, without even letting me read it. When I began to insist, they said that if something does not suit me, then I can close the account and go to another bank. Incredible rudeness! When I went to other departments and told about this on the short line, they told me that a claim should be made against this department, because they do not work correctly!

I went this morning to make a simple deposit. There were 15 people in line with 2 tellers. The customers at the window were just standing there waiting for either the computer to work or the manager to sign off on something. The manager showed no sense of urgency as she was laughing and carry on conversations with employees. After waiting 1/2 hr and no one being serviced, I left. There were now 20-25 people in line. I have had similar experiences there. This branch is a nightmare. Drive in windows have been eliminated and more tellers are needed. I will be withdrawing from my accounts and using a different bank

Jeff & Michael were both very professional, kind, and thorough. I came in because my dad passed away and I needed assistance with closing his account. Not only did they provide above and beyond service, but they were very empathetic during a difficult time. I really appreciate their assistance and candor. I went to two other BoAs nearby before this one, and this was the location that I liked the most. Everyone at this branch was friendly, I was greeted at the door, and I was assisted quickly. I highly recommend this location.

I walked in to cash my check the teller said I needed to wait for the supervisor to override it for me he rung the bell she never came out so he went to the back to get her she said I need to wait I stood there for over 15mins with no apology or anything I would never go to this branch again the teller was great it wasn’t his fault
