As our bank says that they are open, their doors are locked and they’re just sitting inside there. Meanwhile they just allowed a little old lady to do six transactions through the bank teller in the drive-threw line and you can always count on Chris for a good excuse. Horrible attitudes, it’s worth me going to Hollywood.27 minutes and this poor lady is standing in the drive-through, you would think they would say you can come inside especially when you advertise that you’re open.

Really need to learn how to provide customer service. (REALLY) Long wait and instead of an apology, an attitude. WOULDNT STOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAD TO. Struggle to follow simple directions.

The Bank employees are very helpful give you personalized help. They are willing to spend time to help you individually, which is very rare these days.

The branch on commercial and 18th Ave is super slow, they don't acknowledge you in the drive thru and don't thank you when you are completed. Avoid this branch.
