Love bookstores in general but I love this Barnes & Nobles store. The staff is senior, meaning they have been here a long time, they know their stuff and are super friendly and helpful. Easy going place to come a look at books, always clean and quiet.

Bought a ton of books for studying for my certifications in IT. Very reasonably priced.

They have almost no books in Spanish. But it is very complete.

Love the place! I do think, though, they could even improve by opening more registers.

Little disapointed on sports section, here on vacation and decided to check on getting some books of interest. Did find a book that fit what i was looking for.

Paid $20 at the Barnes and Nobles cafe for two coffees then got kicked out from the table I was using because it got “busy.”

Bruce at check out was super friendly and engaging! Last time I was here a few weeks ago he was happily talking to customers and making them laugh, and I came back today and he was doing the exact same thing. Everyone at check out left with a smile!

Been going to this once great location for 18 years but things have changed. You still have a great selection and easy to find material you need, BUT you actually are allowed to have Dogs in there now. And this is from a Dog Lover, but not where I’m eating and reading/buying a book inside an historic bookseller. I have friends that are allergic that just don’t come to our house for that same reason. Insanity.

The cafe inside is huge and fairly priced, and this is definitely one of the bigger Barnes and Noble out there. The selections are endless and they have all the books organized by genre. It's a little tricky finding books that aren't trending and aren't on full display - it took me a while to find the book I wanted as going by the author's last name isn't too helpful if B&N categorizes it by a different genre than you're expecting. You can definitely get lost in here for hours just perusing and getting lost in the titles. Such a comforting atmosphere!

Just not the same, Barnes and Noble foolishly decided they didn’t wanted to host book readers. So they removed the chairs and desks that were located throughout the store. So I stopped going. For 10 years a was a proud member of the book club and though I did not buy a book every time I visited, the total number of books purchased every year vastly exceeded my yearly visits.B&N is a tragic example of what is wrong with capitalism- short-term greed often hinders customer satisfaction and longterm profits.

Customer service in this store is great, I love how friendly and helpful they are when you’re looking for something. I’m there almost daily, and I do enjoy going back every time, I would love a little more variety of food at the Starbucks coffee shop.
