At this bank I learned that there is no insurance. I was stolen several thousand US dollars from my account and truist bank did nothing. It is a terrible deception to enter into agreements with this bank that they are protected by the FDIC. There is no protection. I lost my money here ????

They are only interested in grabbing you for their investment financial services. The mgr never increased my money market interest rate as it should be. Today, 10/24 their system is down

Went in to ask about acquiring a business loan for my company. Asked the woman up front about a restroom, she said no because I wasn’t a client. Pretty uptight and came off rude. She didn’t even ask if I was looking to become one. It was almost laughable. First and last experience with Truist. I’m they won’t miss me though lol

My favorite location! Staff is always very polite and helpful. Been going here for years (before it was even Truist) and Martine Poulard has always remembered me and been so nice!!!!

I went into this branch for the first time to resolve an issue with an organization’s account I am on. The central office (not the branch) was responsible for the issue.I entered the branch annoyed and I left with a new personal Truist account because the branch staff handled the issue so efficiently and professionally.I’ve since moved all of my primary accounts here, and continue to bring them new clients whenever I can because this branch staff is really just the absolute best.

I was so disappointed. I drove all the way to this bank branch to do a notary for a purchase of property. Me and my mom were acct holders and the seller was not. The bank employee refused to do it stating all parties must be acct holders. Keep in mind I'm using triust bank to do this transaction. I have a large sum of money in my acct and I'm conducting business with the bank and they would not notarized the purchase application. Well when I start renting I know where my money is not going. How u want people to truist your new merger if u dont give proper customer service? I had to drive in the hot sun with my mom to a ups store to go get the doc notarized. Very unprofessional . Very disappointed . Will be taking my business elsewhere

Very happy with this branch especially since they take this virus seriously. I am pleased they use there drive through for all my banking issues. My older parents complain about the lobby being closed but I congratulate you for keeping them closed as it's in everyone's best interest to keep us safe especially my elderly parents. I dread the day you reopen as I'll have to fight to keep my parents safe. Keep up the good work BB&T

manager did not want to do her job- asked me to research the matter first on my own while she was mid way- this was a serious issue too and one that the bank ultimately partially handled through the 800 number- terrible branch. Second agent wanted to discuss things in front of other people with me standing in the middle of the bank! I had to suggest we not do that- sad.
