A great spot to enjoy lunch or happy hour after spending a day at the extensive pool and lagoon area of this property. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was surprisingly good and included a fresh 8 oz filet. The sauce was tangy and light. Ask for a rail table to be located closest to pool and waterfalls.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Beach Club Bar & Grill at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood during a recent business trip, and it turned out to be the perfect oasis for a quick recharge before a crucial meeting.The relaxed atmosphere at Beach Club Bar & Grill was just what I needed. It provided a peaceful escape to regroup, relax, and enjoy a delicious lunch and a refreshing drink. We spent the day at the Hard Rock casino. It was lots of fun, with a huge variety of slots. There were table games and a poker room. Lots of entertainment and a few restaurants. We ate at the Hard Rock Pub & Grill which had great food and service. Fun day!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This hotel and experience was hands down the worst hotel we have ever been to. Checked in and was sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Went back down and was transferred to another room. We proceeded to unpack some of our things and head down stairs for a drink before coming back to the room to get ready for dinner reservations. Came back to the room half an hour later to find that the bed had been stripped. Not sure why this happened when the room was clearly occupied. But it also wasn't like they were servicing the room and remade the bed. They just left it. Pillows on top of dresser with no pillowcases, comforter in the chair and the bed completely stripped. Went back down to address this with management (who had no interest in hearing about it) and their idea of fixing the situation was to send housekeeping up to the room to hand us sheets. Ultimately, housekeeping ended up remaking the bed (which took her 40 minutes to do). DON'T EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. They had no interest in making it right.

This resort was incredible! Went for a concert and stayed for three nights. Too bad the rooms were not as nice as the rest of the place! For the price, they should have been! Lots of restaurants available, as well as a food court.

This casino I never win in. Been 4 x and it's instant loose. It's the tightest casino I've even been too. Also they are stingy with their nights and room upgrades. They only offer 2 nights and don't even offer my wife nights anymore. 2 nights is not enough to visit from out of state. They always promise me Oasis but as always give me Guitar rooms. The people that they send you to when you call their 1800# or even from "0" in the room they send you to the Philippines to TOTAL incompetent morons that don't know any answers have no authority and don't care to help. I was asking about a promotion and the promotion team sent me to security on prem. Did I mention the casino is tight and doesn't pay. Don't wast your time here or you will definitely water your money and leave feeling like it was a horrible experience. Also the Hard Rock Cafe here has the worst food I've even had at any restaurant. The Bowl asian restaurant has bland flavors. The poolclub music is loud when staying in the Guitar.

Usually around my birthday in years past we have gone on a cruise somewhere. But this year we decided to stay in Florida and because we had never been to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, which is very close, we decided to come and check it out! I never imagined this hotel and casino were so large. One can walk and walk and there are lots of restaurants, stores like one finds on a cruise ship, a food court with their version of fast foods, and of course the huge casino which is the reason for the hotel. It is not inexpensive, however, but well worth it in lieu of going on a cruise or flying to Las Vegas since we live in Miami. Can recommend!

We have been to the casino many times, but this was the first time we stayed in the hotel as guests. Our check in was quick and easy. We were given a room in the oasis tower- nice and quiet. Room was large, clean, a/c worked well. 2 queen beds, large bathroom, bathrobes and amenities such as shampoo, etc. Security was good. We used the pool- very hard to find loungers anywhere - this was at 12 pm. Finally found the last 2 by the oasis pool. Had lunch at the restaurant in the pool area- food was fine. Had dinner at Rise- great service by our waiter, and food was good diner-type food. Next day we asked for a later checkout, and were allowed to get a 12 pm checkout rather than 11 am, which was perfect for us. As we only paid the resort fee and taxes (had a casino promo for the room) we really felt this was a bargain vacay and can’t wait to return.

The most clean casino and hotel ever! Loved the staff, my room and pools, casino. It was very quiet but stayed Monday to Friday. Took a half day to figure out the lay of the land but once we di, we loved it. Had decent luck in the casino too! Can't wait to come back. Most relaxing week ever. It's easy driving to anywhere in South Florida.
