The offerings were slim and nothing advertised was available at this location. The police were there with their lights on for no apparent reason. They stopped at the front and made me sign in. Just too much to purchase a television.

I left a laptop with someone at the Geek Squad at the Ft. Lauderdale store. She needed more information and asked me to call back. I tried 5 times 5 different ways and could only germt off-site humans who could not help me get to her. The store is not close to me. I find this most disturbing. DON'T TRY TO CALL ANYONE BACK AT BEST BUY!!!!!!!

My identity was stolen by the Geek squad service offered by Best Buy, after I had purchased an Apple laptop. Be very careful! I cancelled the renovation of the service last year, and I had to call several times, because they still wanted to charge me. I had a very strange call last week, asking me to confirm that I applied for a Best Buy credit card. I would never apply for one. Today I got a credit card in the mail. Watch out! My next step is to call the Fraud Department.

Absolutely terrible with returns. I will never shop here again. I just lost $300 for a TV. Ridiculous. They sold me a messed up TV wouldn't return it now I have to eat it. I hope the owner supervisor of the store contacts me and can change something about this, but this is absolutely. Robbery and theft. didn't even give me a credit option or a swapping option. do not recommend getting TVs or electronics here big red flag.

I would give it no stars if I could. This was joke. I went into the store on December 27th looking for 85" TV. I told them I would buy it if they could install it (using Geek Squad) by January 6th. They told me that was not a issue so I bought the TV, Mounts, and soundbar. The installation was setup for Jan 4th. The morning of the 4th Best Buy called to say they were running late and needed to reschedule to Jan 5th. On Jan 5th, after waiting all day, they called to say they could not make it. We rescheduled for January 19th. The morning of the 19th, Best Buy called again to say they had to postpone because they could not find the TV. They said the earliest they could now deliver is January 27th! At this point, after 3 cancellation, I asked for the money back at this point. They said they could not give me my money back because the job was showing as "being delivered" in the system. So, At this point, I have been waiting almost a month, I don't have a TV and I cannot get my money back. I have been on hold with support, tried the website, and no one can help me. It is a nightmare!

The guy in the electronics department couldn't find the dual monitor mount, he kept complaining it can be anywhere in the back. After twenty minutes he's complaining he has others looking at it. We have guest arriving so we said we will come back. He said he can order it online, I said no we need it for pick up. He said "Just order Amazon then" Thai is why I leave this review because if any of my employees steered someone to shop on Amazon instead of come back. They would be terminated at once! He was obviously mad we were coming back the next day and he would not get the commission so we took his advice and Amazon is better and cheaper. Thank you Best Buy employees for saving us money and steering us to find a better product since their stock was limited.

We revisited this location following an unsuccessful attempt to seek assistance the other day. While awaiting help with a camera, multiple salespeople were present, and I approached one for assistance. He replied, questioning how he was supposed to know I needed help and directed me to sign in at the front. Unaware of this new process, I complied. After a wait, someone finally approached. Inquiring about the camera, I was informed it was discontinued with no replacement. When questioning why it remained on display, no answer was provided. After discussing with a manager, we learned no Best Buy had the item. I emphasized that, given this situation, it should be removed from display. Our trip was unnecessary due to Best Buy's non-proactive approach. The service was subpar, highlighting why people opt for online purchases.

The store is fine. The associates don't know their services such as the My Best Buy club. One actually lied to me about it. Bold faced lied. No issues getting price matches. Close by. Just know what you're getting and know what their services are. Be informed.

Unfortunately. I fell hard with them. Do not buy computers from them!! Most likely they will be broken or have problems that you will have to switch between the service all the time. I am sharing the email we wrote and we did not receive a response. Since we bought the computer I have spent more money than it costs on repairs. All because I didn't happen in the US. I received it from my brother who, since I received it, I transferred it to treatment. They fixed the problem, but destroyed other things inside the computer. It really sucks. Very bad service. Very unprofessional. Don't buy from them if it applies. It's just not worth it. And they are very expensive.I bought a Lenovo Computer on 10.23.21 as a gift for my sister and its been a nightmare ever since regarding everything about this laptop … to be honest, i never thought i would need to go through all this trouble for a laptop …First the screen started flickering, so we got it for a fix in your store and after that the computer stop recognizing any External Hard drives/devices… my younger sister shouldn’t run between labs in 2 countries for a new Laptop that keeps malfunctioning .I expect to be compensated on this purchase because my sister had to get to the states to take this laptop after you guys “Fixed” it but it came out with ever more problems.I have attached the picture of the correction made in my country. After the repair they did and completely destroyed the computer.

Jayla was very helpful in the store. It did take me a long time to get assistance. Other associates pointed me places but didn't understand that I needed someone to walk to the shelf with me physically and show me the item I needed. The front desk security guard has a major attitude and mocked me to my face like wow. He clearly hates his job. At least I finally found my item.

I was so disappointed today with my experience at Best Buy. I went there to buy a phone got the runaround about waiting in line waited in line and was told I need to re-wait in line. Meanwhile, I watched a dozen employees play on their phones and do nothing in the corner.I would say Gross, Miss Mangement at best . I remove myself from the Q saying I wouldn’t be buying a phone from them.I was so excited to do a brick and mortar purchase. It’s been a while AnyWho disappointing I went to the AT&T store within an hour and 27 minutes.
