Pulled up for a wash. They wait until after I pay and pull into the wash to tell me my tires are too big. Which, they weren't the last 2 times I went through this exact wash. The wash I got last time was not great, but it was better than nothing, and I knew that my tires in fact are too wide for some facilities so I was happy to just have some sort of clean. I was disappointed to say the least but I waited for the manager to come back with some sort of receipt or proof of void, since the transaction already went through. I waited for about 15 minutes before going inside to check on the status. The manager said he was just doing it now, and I said okay I'm just waiting on a receipt (since he also threw away the original transaction receipt without asking if I wanted it) and he said no it doesn't work that way. I said well I need some sort of proof that this was void for my bank. He gave me attitude saying it doesn't work like that and then went and reprinted the original one. The establishment is overall low quality and after the customer service experience I just had, would not recommend at all. Hopefully the charge does in fact actually get voided.

Car wash did not clean back of car. Manager would not rewash saying I needed a wax! He actually said you did not let the men wipe down your car and thats why you're seeing dirt!

When I pulled in to get my car washed I literally sat in line for 15 minutes and there were no cars coming out of the wash. After I went through the wash machine and parked to vacuum my car, there was still soap on the car that I had to hand dry it. With so many choices I don't think I will be going back.

I see all of these wonderful reviews about this Nemo's car wash! I wish that I could have had the same great experience! But, it is Monday and maybe his workers decided NOT to show up for work because I certainly did not get any of that friendliness and kindness! The manger whom ever he was had absolutely NO personality! well...except for his rudeness!

Not going back!Normally I don't write reviews complaining, but I felt ripped off.The blower/dryer didn't do a good job, as you can see on my pictures, I came out of it with lots of wet spots, and the areas that it dried had spots also (check the photos).Vacuum VERY low pressure, had redo it at home.

I'm shaken with how unprofessional this owner was today. I asked for a Vaccuum and dashboard wiped and somehow my seats were dirty. He then says this is impossible and he shouldn't have to clean. I tried to show him my before and after but he declined. His team was trying their hardest to assist but he objected to wanting to help. I understand the seats weren't supposed to be cleaned but I believe they may have leaned on the seats with previously dirty hands from cleaning all day and they just need to be wiped down. I'm so furious that a business owner could be so careless about paying customers. His exact words were "I don't care I think they're hands are clean"

had my Volvo detailed on Aug 20. Worst job ever, didn't even get the bugs off the front of car. was supposed to be a clay bar & polish what a joke. tried to talk to manager no help at all . AVOID this detail shop

I would like to begin by saying I've been dealing with this car wash for the past 10-12 months. From the beginning it started off patchy... My fiancé and I were being overcharged, things in the car went missing or were thrown away if left on the floor, and the cars were not being completely cleaned. The manager talks to you like he owns the entire place and will raise his voice at you as well. As soon as we had a complaint, he fixed the issues by giving a discounted rate and said he would address the staff. Just recently he questioned who even authorized the discount when he is the only one who handles those issues and he had authorized it. Watch your credit card statements and always ask if you are going to be charged and how much because if you don't ask you will be charged the most they can get away with. I urge you to check your statements! They have left my car dirty on multiple occasions and I got so fed up with it that this last time I went I took a photo (attached) after the "service." I wish I had taken photos of the entire inside of the car to show how dirty it was. It was as if I didn't even receive a cleaning service. I cleaned the car on my own at home, very disappointing. The manager said I should have said something. I don't expect to have to check my car every time I receive a cleaning to make sure it was actually done and I wasn't going to drive back from my home to get it cleaned again, hence the photos. I was told I would be charged a certain amount and was charged far more for services I did not receive. Please do not go here for mere convenience like I did. Do not leave anything lying around on the ground because staff will toss it. I asked for a refund just days after I noticed an extra charge and still waiting on it. I canceled the membership and will not be returning. Stay away please.

This was my first time coming here. Just like any other car wash I pull up to the front and he just says OK what do you want so I told him this is my first time here I don't know then he continues to explain but he has an attitude very snippy then asked me if I'm OK yes I'm OK I would just like some help. Come to find out this gentleman was the owner. I don't care what type of day your having but you need to treat people with respect especially when it is their first visit. He didn't give any instructions at all. I didn't even know that after the was we were supposed to pull up to a designated area to get our car wiped down I thought we did that ourselves.

Having used Nemo's car wash this past Sunday, I had to writer a quick review since I am extremely happy with the results. Given that I have been to others in the area and being very disappointed and always having to do the car over when I get home or given direction to workers I wanted to tell others about my experience at Nemo's. Great Staff, a very nice facility and a car wash that works great and my car shined when I drove away. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in to have the seats cleaned. They use a heated soap vacuum machine. I paid $70.00. After 1 week some stains came back. I went back in, talked to the manager and was treated in a disrespectful manner. He implied that the stains were caused by me. Incorrect. He then ignored me until I approached him. He said he's too busy. What? I ended up leaving after waiting a long time, without the manager resolving the issue. Really horrible customer service. Avoid Nemo's car wash. The manager should not deal with customers. Don't pay your hard earned money to be treated like you're the problem!!

The worst car was ever! First they try to up sell there wash/wax/shampoo. Told them I only wanted Exterior wash and to remove the bugs. He told me of course. Then insisted on looking in my car, rugs I hoped. During the wash I lost a wiper blade. At the end I got out to go find it. Someone, very rude male, started yelling at me not to get out. Blamed me for the wiper bladed. I pointed out the car was not clean, he told me it was because I purchased the cheap wash. Never go there.

I gave my car for auto-detailing a couple of months back. The service provided was of poor quality. They charged $128.38 for the service and firstly the car was not properly cleaned. On top of it the car was scratched on the rear side of the bumper by the operator . The manager went over the security cameras and confirmed that the car was damaged during the service. For the next couple of months the manager gave false promises to get the car repaired by the body shop. Although nothing has been done yet. I wish google did provide an option to give negative ratings. For Nemo's account manager - Please do not respond to the comment by saying to get in touch over the phone, as multiple attempts have already been made by me to get a hold of you. Every time the manager says that they are looking to get in touch with the body shop. This has been going for the past 2 months.
