I had a horrible experience with Blu so far. Maniah on the other hand was a great help beside the fact she didn’t disclose I would be living in an active construction site. (I signed the lease out of state and didn’t visit the property) I’ve been here for about a month and here is a list of some the problems I’ve encountered.1. Garbage, feces and urine in the walkway regularly2. Maintenance not providing proper service and repairs in a timely manner including a broken dishwasher that still hasn’t been repaired after 30 days3. Parking is unavailable after 9pm4. Neighbors dog is barking and scratching the door all day5. I work from home and it’s not possible to have 30 minutes of quiet due to construction and dog barking6. The whole complex smells like weed as tenants openly smoke weed on their balconies7. Being ignored by staff when emailing or requesting maintenance8. A long list of items not addressed when we moved in9. Neighbors sound like their are moving furniture every night between 11-3amNo point in complaining as staff never actually handles anything. I will be breaking my lease one way or another. Depending how staff handle my request will determine if I start encouraging my visitors to start writing reviews as well.

I have been living at blu on the marina for a year and a half. Overall it’s been a good experience, I had a transfer to a loft 2 and I love it. The apartments are spacious. Management has improved compared to previous management. Maniah is extremely polite and bubbly, great personality.

I've been contacting Blu about a gate issue since August 2023. Where I'm subject to listening to this gate Mozart every day in my apartment. I think they'll only listen to you once you take legal action. I'm not getting anywhere with them it seems with getting this annoyance fixed. I mean how long does it take to replace a part on a gate? I've been listening to this musical gate for 5 months now. The gate company comes out. They do come out, but they don't replace the correct parts that's causing the noise to begin with. The company that maintains the gate and cameras is AT&I, just google them. They run the cameras, gates, and other things for Blu.After I told Blu they're violating noise ordinances and law they just sighed at me basically. Then to make things worst. They call me their office to show me their procedure and how the gate company is kind of like just meh taking their sweet time with it. It's like getting called the principles' office cause you did something bad, the problem here is not me that's the problem. It's this god awful gate noise. This is the sorta service you get paying 3k a month. So if this is the way you treat your long time resident since 2017. I highly suggest if you have an exterior issue, don't count on Blu to get it fixed in a timely matter.

My family and I have been traveling to Florida for as long as I remember, so when we were looking for a place of our own the Blu had everything we were looking for. Between the pool, additional amenities, and being within walking distance from the shopping center, it truly is a hidden gem of a location! I can not speak highly enough about the management team — working with Maniah and Steven made the process so easy, and Alex genuinely took the time to listen and accommodate our needs to ensure that we found the perfect home. Definitely recommend.

The team at Blu on Marina boulevard are absolutely amazing. Alex, Maniah and Steven have been so helpful and so welcoming. The units are spacious and beautiful, I would highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Great place! Alex, Maniah, and Steven have been amazing. They are so accommodating and attentive to all our requests! That Alex though! What a sweet heart! Looks and the charm! He once helped me when I was stuck in a tree! Long story short I would have been stuck in those branches for hours if it wasn’t for him! He turned the day around with that smile. Wouldn’t recommend any other place!

My wife, dog and I love it here. All of the residents are super friendly and we feel really safe in this gated community. Alex, one of the property managers, is really friendly and was able to answer all our silly questions when we moved in.

The leasing team is SO kind, professional and helpful. Jessica and Alex have been a pleasure to work with and have such positive attitudes. Beautiful, spacious units and great location. Amenities are nice and love that the community is small. Cell service in the area is bad which makes things slightly difficult sometimes, but there are workarounds. Also, parking is limited and cannot have more than one guest at a time which is unfortunate. Other than that, loving my new home and this community!

Amazing staff. Alex was extremely helpful, I did have to switch units prior to moving in due to my preferences, however he handled everything so professional and patient. The complex is safe, pretty quiet, other than traffic in the area, it’s not too loud at all. Prices are extremely reasonable. I’ve met some long time residents that have all positive things to say about the community.

I visited my sister for her birthday and she lives at Blu. It is a gorgeous building and her apartment is well-appointed. Spacious and comfy at the same time.If I moved to Ft. Lauderdale, I would seriously consider renting at Blu.And the staff (Jessica, Phil I'm looking at you) is amazing!My favorite amenity is the Lavazza cappuccino machine.

Been staying here a week with my cousin and there is a really loud noise coming from the back of the complex every time a car exits. The maintenance guy is always looking at his phone as he goes around the complex and the noise coming from the back continues throughout the day. Does anyone actually fix things in this complex or do they just ignore problems? It's a pretty hard sound to ignore, when you're in the middle of the night on the Balcony talking to friends, and at night it reverbs through our bedroom. and can't even open the window since that's all you hear. Staying in building 1431 on the second floor. Other than the annoying noises, the pool, gym, and other places in the complex are great.
