The worst customer service from front desk to sales associate! It was insane. Called for an appointment and was transferred several times to an associate la voicemail. When we showed up to test drive associate Wouldn't show us how to work the car just threw key and said enjoy test drive and that usually a tech does that. Asked for emailed details about the terms and to look for other cars in their inventory and associate wouldn't do either. Amazing car but would rather by the EV 7 series from an attentive communicative staff that wants to sell a car. Avoid this location !

We went to test drive an electric BMW and the experience was by far the best I had. There was no pressure to purchase the car. We were given the keys and 20 minutes to test drive the car. We showed up a few minutes late but received no pressure from the rep. We were offered refreshments and snacks. I certainly loved that different vibe. The approach with that rep was the car sales for itself. If you understand the value then you will just purchase the car. No gimmicks, tricks, holding your key to keep you hostage.

This was my second experience with BMW of Fort Lauderdale and I can't recommend them enough! Angel Cruz helped me purchase my car today and he was extremely kind and so beyond helpful! I have been to 2 other BMW dealerships in south Florida for purchasing cars and this is by far the best location to go to for buying or leasing a BMW. Chris also helped me with the finance and warranty portion and he was so great as well! If you're looking for your next BMW this is the place to go and the team to work with!

Wes and Stephen Goddard are phenomenal. My experience since purchasing this car back in February has been turbulent to say the least. The car had a myriad of problems from day one. But Wes and Stephen have gone above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were addressed and to my full satisfaction over the past several months. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the service I received at BMW of Fort Lauderdale service center thanks to these 2 gentlemen.

The experience was excellent. My sales advise Kris Mroz took care of everything and we negotiated the price in a non stressful and professional manner. Highly recommend the dealership. I am familiar with their service division as I use them for my 2004 Mini service. Now I know the sales us also excellent.

From the moment the valet took my car everything was top notch! Josh (my service advisor) is awesome and takes the time to fully explain things and what to expect. He is very personable and went that extra mile to help me out! He made sure I had a rental car and then a loaner - I always had transportation which is extremely valuable to me and my job. I have gone through 2 other BMW dealerships and will definitely continue to service my car with Josh and the team.

A real nice dealership with lots of available cars. Justin was very helpful and answered all of our questions regarding our test drive. The place is easy to find, has a covered parking garage. Coffee, snacks, water and etc., are available inside for guests. The staff are very nice, right when we were leaving the dealership, our own car’s battery died and one of their employees Tod was his name I believe was very kind to help us to jump start it. A great dealership with real nice staff!

It was my first time. I was welcomed at the valet parking, headed to the reception, didn't have any service advisor of preference, but one was there ready to help me in less than five minutes. He was very professional, told me exactly how much I was going to spend (which was VERY important for me).I waited for the service, while in my laptop, drinking coffee with some snacks.It took only one hour to change the tires and I was ready to leave!What a great experience. Thank you very much!

Best car shopping/purchasing experience I've ever had. Since the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and ZERO pushiness. As a woman car shopping alone, the experience can be a bit unnerving, but not at FTL BMW...everyone from the seamless start to finish (I was in and out, with a trade in in under 3 hours!) made me feel relaxed and welcome. My salesman Fidel was FANTASTIC, as were everyone in the financing dept.(John/Chris). Very happy, 100% recommend! :)
