Boston Auto Transport was referred to me by a friend that used them and was very satisfied with their service. I worked with Erick to ship my car from Framingham, MA. to Seminole FL. Now that I received my car, I am very pleased with their professionalism and their service, the car received on time no problem what so ever with it. their prices are reasonable their service is excellent. I highly recommend them, I wish they can transport household furniture and other things. Hi, just got my car delivered today. It was picked up Sunday in Florida and delivered to me today in MA, Wednesday morning. Just a few days. I would definitely recommend this company for any car transport. First, I called them with very short notice and they were able to work me into their full schedule, which I appreciated. On April 3rd, 2021 Boston Auto Transport shipped our 2021 Lexus from Fort Lauderdale to our home in Massachusetts. I am much appreciative to Eric and his team for the great professional job they did for us.From the initial contact to the arrival of our car our dealing with them has been first class. They could not have been more accommodating and cooperative. This is the first time we shipped our car from Florida and we're a little apprehensive , but they made the experience very smooth, answered our questions fully and patiently. The car arrived on time as promised in the same condition as it was loaded in Florida. They handled the car with care and expertise and we will most certainly use their services to ship our car back to Florida at the end of this year. Eric and his team are extremely professional! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They were very prompt in picking up the car, keeping up with communications with me while the car was in transit as well as delivering the car on time at a reasonable price! I have used Boston Auto Transport twice to transport my Lexus SUV from CT to FL and back. Eric was great coordinating the trip, with a very reasonable price. My car arrived both times in the same condition it left and within a quick time frame. Eric and Richie are great drivers with good communication. Car was even easily delivered to my driveway on the second trip (this is dependent on accessibility of drop-off/pickup location). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, including my own friends and family. In my past experience, I've realized that the auto transport industry can be a bit shady; Boston Auto Transport is not one of those companies. They are easy to work with, reasonable, and very transparent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Luckily for them you can't leave zero stars, which is what they deserve! Unless you enjoy working for free, I would steer clear of this company! They make every excuse in the book of why they can't pay you what your owed! If they can't afford to pay their bills they can't afford to haul your vehicle in a safe & trustworthy manner! The owner of this company is as shady as they come & goes by numerous alias's. He goes by Yacine Kouram & also Yassine Elkouram!

Have transported my car to florida many times and Boston Auto Transport is the BEST company I have used. VERY good customer service and kept me well informed on my pick up and drop off date and times. Richie, my driver, was outstanding and went above and beyond to make my shipment as smooth as possible. Would recommend 10/10!!!

We hired Boston Auto Transport of Fort Lauderdale, FL to transport our car from FL to the Northeast. The experience was a disaster. Our car was delivered late and someone had driven it without our permission. It was filthy inside and out and the AC was not working. Our belongings had been moved around.We warn you not to use this company.
