7/12/23 noonCustomer service is a zero.. dont bother her busy ..She can care less.,She doesn't even look at me no eye contact, cant be any COLDER..... THEY CALL THAT CUSTOMER Service.. 7 month old TV has no volume..SHAME ON BRANDSMART.. at least train them.. cold as ice...

Clean store and plenty of help. Max at appliances showed us a lot of different models, all the features each one of them had and the difference between them. He knows what he is selling (ironically a rare quality among sales reps these days). Max also sent me the links for a few rebates for our fridge. His service was so on point that 2 days later we went back and bought an oven too. Thank you.

VERY SLOW SERVICE! People working here are similar to zombies. They literally look at you and do not move. They offer NO help until you ask, and then they try to find someone else to help you. I asked him to ring it up and save me the aggravation. He agreed and proceeded with the purchase. I was told that the microwave was not in the store, but I could pick up myself at the warehouse. I agreed and went to the warehouse. That must be where they put the "really slow" zombies because it took 5 minutes to wake up the guy who was supposed to help me. I think he was taking an afternoon snooze. Then he called another slow guy who went to get the microwave in a forklift. He came back about 5 minutes later and placed the microwave in front of my bay. It sat there another 5 minutes for no other reason than laziness and carelessness. Finally, one of the other workers woke up my guy, and he slowly pushed the box with his foot like it weighed a ton. After another minute, I was finally able to leave with my $$$$$$$ microwave! ?I will not be doing that again! I will have it delivered and bypass the zombie aggravation! ??????

Price match? What price match?Brandsmart doesn’t make price matching easy and when you do it they don’t process it. Called in to do so and they said it would be credited in 5-7 business days, 3 weeks ago but nothing posted to my account so I called in and they have no trace of me ever making a price match. Totally incompetent system and customer support.

After putting words in my mouth, the delivery guy harassed my husband and I saying we don't know who we are messing with and that he's going to show us. Spoke to customer service and a manager, there was no help. Incompetent, unethical, impolite and indolent “employees”.

If you want to lose your vacation week to receive a delivery, and still end up with damaged goods, after 4 times, than buy it from them.I had appliances that was delivered in wrong home address, and after 4 times finally you get your goods and it’s damaged again need another day to deliver and you are the last in their list with deliveries with 6 hours window time and you the last one.No matter how many times you call the story is the same.

Receiving: Park in the street. Friendly and helpful at the gate. Gate opens at 0615. Walk thru and check in at docks for door assignment. Quick unloading; 40 minutes for 130 floor loaded stoves.

If I could give this store no stars I would! This is the worst store to buy your appliances from. I bought appliances for an entire kitchen and they sold me a non working refrigerator from Frigidaire that Frigidaire will not change and Brandsmart has been trying to repair for the past 2 weeks and today the same technician from last week arrived without a part and told us he would come back on Monday. This is the worst company in existence. Buyers beware and keep away from this place.

Warning Do not purchase anything from Brandsmart.Terrible customer service. They refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. I had appointments 2 times schedule. Both times they do not show up as scheduled and they send a text rescheduling me without letting me know if I’m available.Another issue was when the technician came to fix my refrigerator. He was supposed to order a part. After 3 weeks when I contacted Brandsmart they informed me that the technician never order the partBrandsmart is a very unorganized company who does not care about there customers and do not follow there appointment day and times.

Bought my washer in 11/22. Now the spin cycle is not working. Service tech came out Calibrate it and left still not working. No body will help me I have extended warranty. Can someone please contact me. My claim # is 7883073. Terrible service.

Low quality products. Everything I bought there was a problem. I tried for 2 x apply by credit card and gave pre-approved and asked to take documents in person and when I went they didn't approve or look at your face. Very rude and treat with discrimination because you fail credit as if you were a thug or a criminal . I applied to Best Buy and they approved at the time and value much higher than I needed and I made my purchase there. I intend not to go back to this place . Brandsmart urgently needs another policy or another administration.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible Service at your Palmetto Location. This company does not provide any type of customer service to their consumer. From the General Manager Fausto, to Service Dept Lead Maggie to The CSR agent Alyssa they are DO NOT CARE about their Loyal consumers. I waited over 3 weeks for a repair finally after constantly calling and demand an expedited process I was provided a store credit for the item. I was told yo go into my local store to repurchase a new item .I provided the CSR with my store credit information to be told it was unavailable. After requesting to speak with their GM and to be told again my store credit was unavailable finally they looked and it was there. 3 hours of wasted time had someone looked in their system. I was a loyal customer but after this recent experience I will no longer purchase from Brandsmart. If you are looking for a bargain and an unreliable service this is your place. If you are looking for customer service and a reliable product GO ELSEWHERE.

It has a large variety of gadgets and furniture. Staff is nice, but don't always know what you need. But the prices are favorable so that's always nice.
