When the unemployment rate is low, there are people working who shouldn’t be. Do they all have to work at the Burger King in Terminal 1 Concourse B at the Fort Lauderdale Airport?The staff here at 10:00 A.M. on Feb 10, 2024 should be on welfare, not masquerading as employees. It took forty minutes from the time the kiosk printed my receipt until my order was finally ready. Nine worthless people were standing around doing virtually nothing.They were foul mouthed, poorly spoken, desperately slow, rude, and incompetent. These folks are why SSI exists. I beg the entire staff to walk out and ride the bus to the closest welfare office. Let there be no illusion that this group of illiterate unfortunates should be employed. Every time they clock in, the public is harmed.

Waited about 45 minutes after ordering 1 order of Fries and 2 drinks! The order caller went to lunch and the order kept piling up with no orders being called.

Disgusting corporate greed. Self-service ordering, self-service drink station, no napkins, drink lids, and too free employees serving cold food at outrageous price. Shame on you.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My order of 1 Jr. Whopper, 1 Chicken sandwich and 2 fries took 45 minutes. I've never, ever seen such a disorganized workplace. They have a captive clientele. That's the only possible reason they are able to stay open. If a representative from head office paid them an unannounced visit, I'm certain things would be firced to change, or they'd be shuttered. An absolute disgrace.

Horrible service, I went to the counter to ask for some napkins. The man behind the counter acknowledged me but continued filling sodas…then turned and left. The napkins were right behind him. Such a rude employee. Clearly not interested in customer service.

Waited 30 minutes for a burger only, had to run to my gate, opened the burger and completely not what I ordered.Starved and stuck in a plane for the next 3 hours.

this was actually disgusting. hair all in my food took 30 mins to get my food since they wanna stand around all day and talk. very rude to me to when i went to complain about the hair in my food. they pretended not to speak english even though we’re heard them yapping instead of making food. actually gross ?

Order through kiosk which did not supply receipt. Took picture of order number because it was too long to remember. Waited for 25 minutes for food then person demanded to see receipt when we picked it up - explained kiosk is not providing receipts they begrudgingly accepted photo of order number. Our order included four burgers with cheese added to all and two of them plain. NONE of them were correct, and two had mostly raw meat! Strongly recommend going with any of the other airport options.

She's spoiled. To be a cashier at the airport, only cash if you don't go to pay with a card at the machine, I told her, I'll pay as you want, but it's more cordial, it takes a long time, it should be faster.
