Marsha’s customer service skills are exemplary. Life Storage is lucky to have her at their organization. She helped retain me as a customer, as I have been a long-standing customer when the organization was Burlington prior.

I’ve had a work storage unit at this facility over 20 years. With the recent change of ownership and bringing Jose on board along with Marsha the communication and service is spot on!I’m familiar with many storage facilities in Fort Lauderdale and I’m truly grateful to be in this one.

Phillip is amazing! I reserved the unit online last night he called me this morning, I came in, saw the unit, he explained everything to me, and I was all set, in and out in just a few minutes! Would definitely recommend this place!
