I wish I could give more stars! Everything was fantastic between all the questions I had about selecting the right unit and checking in and checking out. Couldn’t have been a better experience for me. Kudos to Marsha, she was so helpful and pleasant to work with!Adding to previous review. Christelle was awesome. Super knowledgeable and very efficient!

It was a great experience at the Life Storage located at 3001 Dixie Hwy Oakland Park. I met with Mr Jose and he was quite helpful and showed me around and explained in detail tweet the carts are located. This establishment is very clean and well kept. . I will say I know that I will have a good experience storing my personal belongs here due to the fact that it’s close to home and it’s easy access to my storage and a great staff, that go out of there way to help you in anyway they can. Thank you Jose for all your help

I’ve had a work storage unit at this facility over 20 years. With the recent change of ownership and bringing Jose on board along with Marsha the communication and service is spot on!I’m familiar with many storage facilities in Fort Lauderdale and I’m truly grateful to be in this one.

I had to stop by my storage today.Life storage in Oakland Park as I walk through the door I was greeted by Jose C.I had spoke to this gentleman on the phone before and he was completely professional, however after meeting him in person he's not only extremely professional but very personable and fair.Jose C is truly an asset to your company if I could give him a 10-star rating I would.

Phillip is amazing! I reserved the unit online last night he called me this morning, I came in, saw the unit, he explained everything to me, and I was all set, in and out in just a few minutes! Would definitely recommend this place!

I had accidently reserved the wrong thing online and I called them with questions because I was booking for business purposes. Jose was amazing and very helpful. He got me all sorted out and completed very quickly!

Great storage facility. Easily accessible during and after hours and the staff is great. Had the pleasure of speaking with Marsha about my rate and she assisted me with no problem. She was pleasant and professional. Two years of renting storage with this facility and I have yet to have any issues.
