“Great team working here. Everyone was so nice to speak with and work with. They were able to work with what was needed to get my car on the road and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. The work done was excellent and they also helped with my time limit (taking Uber's every day can get expensive!). “As things go, I have to say that my experience couldn't have been better. My car was gently hit from behind at a stoplight. It was just enough to crack the bumper, so the whole assembly had to be replaced.
The other driver's insurance took care of the claim. Setting an appointment for drop-off was easy enough and they coordinated with the rental car company to pick me up.
I was texted regular updates and kept in the loop as to what stage of repair they were at. The work was done flawlessly and my car returned to its former glory. I can't say that it was a complicated repair since there was no actual body damage, since only the bumper was hit. They seem to be quite a well run organization. They ONLY do body work and have several different large buildings that are utilized for different steps in the process, or for certain types of repairs.
They did well. I hope that I don't require their services, but if I do, they're on my list.”
“I was hit and I was sent here. I was hit on the left side between the back tire and back bumper. When I went to pick it up 5 days earlier then I was told, it looked like it was brand new. They kept me informed every day. My Ridgeline was spotless inside and out. They did a fantastic job and if I ever have another accident, I will want them to do the repairs. They were all so friendly and they treated me as family.”
