“It was quick and easy pickup at Sixt. There was huge line up at other rental company counters. I had booking with budget but the line was crazy so I checked with Sixt and the associate (Kevin) was very helpful and he upgraded to BMW convertible at very nominal rate.”

“Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.”

“Mauricio the manager was awesome to deal with! Was expecting a cargo van to pick us up from the airport but he came in our vehicle (which I actually preferred better than the shuttle that we used before with flex-ways) the car was clean and pretty well brand new! Check in for the car was smooth. We had to pay extra for the insurance but we anticipated this expense and wasn't too much for the week! I would use this rental service again only because Mauricio took care of us and how he went above and beyond our expectations!”

“We rented a car through travelocity and paid in advance. However, Zezgo has a policy where you must pay an additional $110 "loss of use" fee even if you use your own insurance. Also, the toll fee is $15 per day if you pay in advance. Florida has a lot of tolls, the sun-pass is worth buying. Consider this when making your reservation.Other than these additional fees, the customer service is outstanding. The staff is very accommodating. The cars are clean and in good condition.We especially enjoyed working with Juan Palacios, he will do whatever is necessary to insure your satisfaction. Thank you Juan for all your help during our visit to Fort Lauderdale.”

“I've been storing my truck on and off here for the last 4 years. Gone up to 6 months at a time. Inside some and outside other times. The whole staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Never had an issue and they start my truck and move it around a little so its not sitting for 6 months, also arranging for it to be washed once a month and sending pics. And dropping me at the airport when I leave my truck.Try to find that service with any other company. Reading most of the bad reviews are a laugh. If they are out of the shop its for work dropping something/ someone off or picking something up and its never for long. Have a little patience!! Any experienced "yachty" would not get super upset that they spent 35.00 and their scooter wasn't perfect. Have a feeling most bad reviews come from jr. deckhands and jr. stews that just left their parents house on a far plane ride, ended up in FLL dayworking and have 500 dollars to their name. Thanks for the great service over the years, most people appreciate you guys!!”

“Everything was smooth and easy. My problem was our return. We landed late, about 10pm a couple of days ago. The driver picked us up at the departure gate at FLL. No mask. He was constantly on the phone, biz and not biz. But the no mask was what upset us. We were masked and vaccinated. There was no consideration of safe practices. We were tired from the delays and flight and did not mention it. When he got our car, again no mask. We do not know if he was vaccinated or not. Are there procedures in place for your drivers? If no, we will not use Gold coast again.”
