Do not go here ! Go to Infinity Nails! These are supposed to be cat eye nails! Owner argued with me in front of all his customers because I told him I didn’t like the work and wanted it to either be fixed or a refund he tried so hard not refund the money ! Only go here for lashes and eyebrows!

This is the most the most poor place I have ever been to with Customer Care and the fact of not checking water water was hot. I got me and five other little girls feet done. The water in the little girls bowl was hot. They have text message with her talking to each other about how hot the water is and I was burnt one toe burn and they told me I must have came in with that because she check the water every day. They have no compensation for having mistakes or Erez this is how you heard of business done and I do not care. Ignore you when you have a problem or something to say

The owner and the wife are very rude. They don’t provide you with a number or a list to sign in to keep up with the people that are coming in to get service. So people will skip you when you have been waiting longer. They will just go off of the person and not validate who was waiting longer. They charged a tip when i told them no. The Wife Ann will be doing your lashes or eyebrows and be talking on FaceTime and the person on the phone will be watching you as she talks to whoever is on the phone. They really need to be trained in customer service and it was the worst experience ever. Also, I noticed there is a big crack in the window that should be fixed.Service: Eyelash extensions
