Terrible!! Unethical and Sneaky practice. 7 day grace period isn't 7 days only 5 count and then $1000 fee to get your $ back (even though in the 7 day grace period). Beware

I find that the most common answer to most requests is: Sorry we can't help you I have done business with them for years and have finally got to the point of no more accepting of poor service Also never allow them to manage or guide you in any investments. You don't get the full picture and once committed they do not help. Many say all banks are the same. I am moving on.

What a horrible bank. I walked in on a Thursday at around 2 PM. I needed to close my inactive checking account. There was literally nobody waiting in line ahead of me however the bank personnel were occupied with other customers. After waiting probably a half an hour I was told that I could go to the teller to transact my business. Wrong answer. I was then directed to one of the more senior banking people and so I had to wait again. After waiting for about an hour I left. I believe there were three senior banking people working and they appeared to be taking care of the same customers for about an hour. I wasted an hour of my life and accomplished nothing. I guess I will leave my inactive account at the bank until I have maybe two or three hours to waste at the bank. Not a bad deal for them since they get to keep my money and give essentially no interest in return. This is a criminal/incompetent organization. Most of my financial dealings are done online. I guess I forgot how bad dealing with a bank in person can be. There is absolutely no reason to keep a substantial amount of money at a regular bank. They basically rip people off. They pay no interest and they loan the same money out for several percent. They appear to employ very slow and probably very incompetent workers. Unfortunately I have had to return to the bank to close my account. There is one person ahead of me and I'm still waiting forever. This place should be closed immediately. Everyone in it needs to lose their jobs. This is a dump. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Too bad they can't be jailed for incompetence.

I was not able to redeem my credit card points. Every time I changed the shipping address, the points were not available anymore. It is Citibank, right? You will never change. I hope to be alive to see your complete failure. Digital disruption will destroy you.Next time no government bail will be available.

I arrived at about 1230 with one person waiting in front of me to create an account. The bank only had two people able to provide this service and one was on lunch. It took until roughly 2pm to get seen. Upon being seen I am informed I am missing a particular document. It sucks waiting that long just to be sent away but oh well it was my fault. I go home get the document return to the bank sign my name. My name is next on the list but instead the banker took another gentlemen who she either knew or i dont know what but they skipped me telling me it would be a minute. I am currently still sitting and waiting to be seen. This is by far the slowest and least efficient bank. If I could I would have handled this with Navy Federal but instead I am stuck with this garbage service.
