Terrible!! Unethical and Sneaky practice. 7 day grace period isn't 7 days only 5 count and then $1000 fee to get your $ back (even though in the 7 day grace period). Beware

Absolutely terrible bank. The last 3 times I've came here there's been an issue and wasn't able to withdraw money out of my account. Always an excuse as to why they can't do their jobs. There's no tellers. The systems are down. Do everyone a favor and shut this branch down so people don't continuously waste their time coming here.

I find that the most common answer to most requests is: Sorry we can't help you I have done business with them for years and have finally got to the point of no more accepting of poor service Also never allow them to manage or guide you in any investments. You don't get the full picture and once committed they do not help. Many say all banks are the same. I am moving on.

There’s a beginning and end to everything in life. Citibank seems getting close to an end. After my last 3 visits to the branch hoping someone could help solving the problem the bank created by not making the payments to one of my associations, I found the same people that one year earlier were helpful I found the same employees that a year ago were capable of finding solutions and now they give the impression of being on strike against the bank where they work, possibly due to finding themselves in the same situation that many clients find ourselves in. nobody wants to know anything or find solutions to any of the problems. Tomorrow Monday I’m closing my personal and business account.

They are very unfriendly unhelpful and will never do anything to go out of their way for you and have ridiculous policies like a non-account holder cannot cash a check at any branch. They have to go to a certain branch and that’s it in Broward County. Ridiculous it’s a Bank

Citibank is WORST bank ever to deal with! Staff has no respect or consideration for their clients. DARWIN refused to open a Checking Account for me, informing that has to be done online. So why they still have the Branches open? Very toxic and unpleasant atmosphere.

Don’t go for anything to this BRANCH at all,I opened an account together with my wife in March this year after moving from Boston!!The guy that helped me , DARWIN JATIVA was nice and friendly, but after couple of months I called for an appointment due to the pandemic!! 5 calls and left messages and NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS!!UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE not to call your client back!! CAN YOU BE SO BUSY NOT TO TAKE 2SECONDS TO MAKE A CALL??I am done with that branch!!

Simply the worst experience ever. Nobody at this branch seems to give a $h##! The driveway ATM eats deposits. The people indoors are not at all welcoming, caring or friendly.
