If you thought service could not get any worse, they have topped themselves. One register open and all they care about is opening Plenti cards. The store is a ghost town and it took me 15 minutes to check out. Pathetic management. I no longer go to this store, or any Winn Dixie. There are better markets in my area where customer service comes first.

The customer service at this establishment is awesome. The manager Jessica is great. I had an experience where I made a purchase and once getting home I realize I did not have the item purchased. I called and spoke to Jessica who took my information and the time I was at the store. She was able to review the cameras and see that I did leave with the item. Due to the rainy weather it appears I must have left that item in the cart. Jessica was nice enough to give me the item back as nobody returned my original purchased item. Kudos to Jessica and Winn Dixie for their outstanding customer service. Thanks again

Horrible...I live right around the corner and prefer to go elsewhere..Deli hams and cheeses are old..flies all over the place..freezers not working properly..one cashier at 10:15pm more than 6ppl in line customer service closed at this time..totally ridiculous..feels like 3rd world country...manager is nice but not sure who is overlooking these issues..

This is more of a 3 and a half star for me. It is the underdog of food markets here in South Florida but it has the basic necessities. I think it's less busy compared to Publix and the Walmart Neighborhood Market. Every time I'm here its always quiet. It could be a good and a bad thing. Good because it's relaxing to shop in peace, bad because quality/quantity of products. The prices are pretty cheap. The store is large and clean with roomy aisles. The cashiers are friendly. It kind of remind me of Aldi. The only downfall is that there is not much of a variety. There's a limited amount of selection in the produce and seafood sections; don't get me wrong it has all the things I need for a week's worth of groceries when I don't want to shop in busier markets such as Publix. Make sure you sign up for the Winn Dixie card to ensure you receive a discount and coupons. Overall, it's a good basic food market and you could be in and out because it's not too congested.

This Winn-Dixie looks a little run-down, but it reminds me of one that closed by me

This location gets an A+ from me, for customer service (everyone is quite friendly), very short checkout lines, and the best deals I've seen in any grocery store as of late. My only (yet very important) issue with W-D is that their produce (fruits and veggies) aren't of the best quality. In fact, I was shopping there this weekend and needed tomatoes for the house. I picked up a tomato that was, not only old and soggy, but busted open with mold all over the other side of it. This should absolutely be addressed and fixed by management.

I feel like Winn Dixie is the red-headed stepchild of Publix. The masses, at least from my observation, will all tell you that Publix is where it's at and Winn Dixie is a dump. I am here to bust that myth. This place was perfect. The grocery store was clean which is my number 1 thing. Who wants to buy food from a dirty grocery store? Even if I'm not buying it, I always look at the produce and the produce looked very fresh. The soft-rock muzak that was playing was a bit loud, but you know what, who doesn't like a little Bonnie Raitt while you're buy tonight's dinner? The girl at the check out counter was VERY helpful. She signed me up for a Winn Dixie card so I could get a discount on my beer. I mean, that deserves a few stars there itself. I would absolutely do all my shopping here. Go to Winn Dixie, people! You will not be disappointed.

Decent store! It is not like any of the newer and bigger super markets but if you are looking to do your basic grocery shopping this works. It was not to crowded the time I was there. Store is clean and organized.

Can't complain! I lived across the street from this location for a decade, and occasionally stop in nowadays if I'm in the area and need to pick something up. It has become more clean in recent years, and as other reviewers mentioned, there never seems to be a long line. There's a diner, movie theater, and a McDonald's all in the same plaza (among other things), so it's a convenient location if you're out running errands or doing some shopping after a film.

This is my fave grocery shopping spot. Friendly, clean & never long check out lines. But most of all, the Best value, lowest prices & best sales deals.

I really enjoy this Winn Dixie. The staff is always so nice and I feel like I get the best prices! The facility is nice and clean at all times and the thing that surprises me the most is that there isn't always these long lines.
