I walked into Comerica bank and requested to close my account on 12/8/23. I showed my drivers license and was issued a check for the balance and gave them my checkbook to shred. The account was NEVER closed and Comerica continues to attach monthly maintenance fees to this account. Comerica also did the same thing to my brother. I called the service center regarding their error and they refuse to close the account unless I come back in person AGAIN to close my account. VERY POOR business.

I called the service center and for 'their error 'they refuse to close the account unless I come back in person AGAIN to close my account. VERY POOR BUSINESS.

Today, I received fantastic in-person service at this location! Ramona and her Team were cordial and helped me out with a specific request for bank statements. I would highly recommend this location. Super great service!

I love Comerica Bank! Always feels like family. We have been banking personal and small business with Comerica for over 20 years in Texas, California and recently new to Florida and they have been super helpful in setting up our business banking and merchant services always welcoming and friendly to us. Specially everyone at this branch :) I wish there were more Comerica branches in SoFlo!!!

I love comerica bank. Have been with them since I grew up in Detroit. My 3 stars only represents the reduced customer service care during the months of COVID 19. Every business has opened with CDC requirements but this branch will only work with you through the door with a mask on. I appreciate that they do. The bank personal helping you do not wear a mask which puts me at risk and does not follow the recommendation of the CDC or Broward health. Can’t wait for the new normal to be overThank you for your help

A bank with the most unprofessional employees I have ever met. I called the bank to rectify about cashing a check since I was driving 45 min away, and they confirmed that I can come in and do so. When I walk in and hand them the check they inform that they didn't have that amount of money in their bank (less than $8,000) cause the Friday before people had drawn too much money out. The lady that works there Susana Valencia is the rudest and most unprofessional human being I have ever met. I wasn't even dealing with her and she kept cutting into my conversation with the employee that was actually handling my situation. She kept talking over me and stayed " do you not hear me, I said we don't have the money, period." I really hope someone from management reads this comment and informs this such employee how a customer should be treated.

I have been an account holder of Comerica Bank for over 30 years. This branch has exceptional leadership . Very comfortable and the staff of Ramona and Susana are competent professionals able to lead with customer service and continuous improvement. Hank is a go to guy if you need anything. something happened to me for the first time in my life and that was counterfeit money came through the ATM machine. I didn't know it at first until the next day when I tired to put gas in my car. The gas attendant told me my money was fake and marked my money I couldn't go to the bank right away because it was the 4th of July and they were closed so I walked in the next day to tell the bank associates about the problem which was no help I was told that I should have told the bank the day of but my question is how was I to know the day of that I had a fake 20 dollar bill I cant tell the real from fake especially when you're getting more than twenty dollars out I was told it was a policy and there was nothing they can do about it even the supervisor said there was nothing she can do that I just lost twenty dollars simple I was told that's all banks policies but I wasn't asked for my bank card to check how many times I have came to this bank to get money out of the ATM but this is my first time this ever happened to me all I can say is be carful no matter what bank you bank at check your money also take your money inside and let them water mark your money to make sure you don't have any counterfeit bills cause in the bank eyes they make no mistakes and you are the person who is the problem not them and some banks might help and some might won't depends on their feelings and if they want to I don't know if this ever happened to anyone but it darn sure happened to me......
