These beautiful ladies was great help to me Friday, my son just graduated from Faith farm. I was going to metro to purchase a phone for my son and seen the two ladies outside talking about promotions they had . I went into the store to get more information. I came in with my own device and they notice the phone was damaged. They offered me a Samsung that was only $9.99 which was great . I’m going to refer some people to cricket because I did not know they have these great deals.

I have had a great experience at cricket with the help of the two wonderful young ladies mika and melinda. I was able to get a switch over and get a new iphone today. I am very satisfied.

I came to the store this week and the two ladies were very helpful. They helped me get a new phone and transferred all my information to my new device. I am a happy customer I will definitely come back.

I'm not sure how to rate them because I didn't even get to do business with them.Back story: I've needed to upgrade from an Android for over a decade... long-term suffering from each "upgrade" to a worser phone. With each complaint online people told me, "Get an Iphone!"... but the phone and a contract ext. was never something I could afford. Now, this has changed. So, Crickett had a deal for new customers: an IPhone 11 for $100+. When I was ready, before my payment period ended with Metro, I drove there. They said their promotion had ended. I had no idea there was a time limit .. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME. I drove on to check out Boost who also had an active promotion... only to be let down by them (see review).
