I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this storage! Been having a unit here for over a year and it’s always so clean elevators work! Dollys always available and staff very nice. Mrs.Nicole is amazing I have had to move my unit twice due to me upgrading and she has made it a very simple and pleasant move. Every time I have any kind of questions she always has an answer. It is perfect! 10/10 highly recommended!

Very clean.Well maintained. Loading dock for inside climate controlled units is gated and under the second floor so weather while loading is not an issue...The manager Nicole was very polite and accommodating...there's not always a cube smart employee on staff during business hours which i do not like, because i was leaving one evening and there was a man with a backpack sitting outside the gate waiting for it to open when I left and snuck into the property...not sure if he had bolt cutters or lockpicks in his pack but Its not in a very good neighborhood so I was worried and called cube smart customer service about it...they said they would call management and have them come down there with an officer to remove the trespasser, but I'm not even sure that happened because I remember the manager saying she didn't like to be bothered when she wasn't present on the property and she had to come to the facility when people stayed past 10:00 to make sure they leave..which i understand..I just wish there was an employee there at all times during business hours
