I understand the bad rating now. Went in for a simple passport photo and they don't do that service anymore but the camera and screen is still there. I guess a digital camera is hard to use nowadays.

Rude employees. Impossible to talk to a manager, they will just stand around and stare at each other and talk on their headset but no one come talk to you. Almost impossible to get a hold of the store manager. Do not order any kind of photos from here.

This is the third time I’ve experienced issues with getting a prescription filled at this CVS. Each time, there’s been a different excuse. Most recently, I was told the doctor hadn’t called in the prescription, even though I witnessed him doing so myself, providing all necessary information. When I clarified this, they admitted the prescription had been called in but claimed it was missing details.
Unfortunately, this happened after 5 PM, leaving no way to resolve the issue that day, causing yet another delay in care. While I can understand occasional mistakes, this has now become a pattern at this location. I’ve spoken with colleagues who’ve reported similar experiences, making it clear this isn’t an isolated problem.
I strongly recommend considering alternatives such as Walgreens, Publix, or another pharmacy until this CVS addresses these recurring issues. Patients deserve consistent, reliable service, especially when it comes to medications.

Staff does little to keep rough characters from loitering and harassing customers. Pharmacy is lazy and will close early. Switching to Publix pharmacy. CVS corporate - this is part of the issue with margins in your pharmacy business.
Subsequently was seen by the pharmacist. She couldn’t find my Rx (doctor confirmed it was called in), then the managing pharmacist shouted “what’s the prescription for?”…it was for demodex blepharitis (eye condition)…but does she do this for people picking up medication for HIV or neurological conditions? What an unprofessional idiot.

They don't care. This pharmacy is too busy to actually care about you. If you are not happy - whatever. They have another hundred orders to fill. They will be straight up rude to you and not even think twice.

Terrible attention in the store. There was a problem with the product I needed to buy, so the cashier made me go to pick another one. She said I wouldn’t need to do the line again, but she called a person in the line, which was there making a complaint for more than 10 minutes. That’s not the proper way to treat clients. She made me lose a lot of time.

Pulled up to this 24 hour CVS at 11:30 pm. The door was locked and then a sign was later out on the door saying they are closed due to short staff. HORRIBLE!!!! This makes no sense!!!

Why is the website, when you call and even the hours on the door say 24 hours but I tried to go in at 8 AM and the doors are locked, how is that 24 hours????

Promised prescription at 6 pm arrive at 6:07. Before I dropped off I was clear said it twice there are 2 medications. Only game me one at 6. As I'm explaining she says I can get my medication over the counter i Said no it's a specific dose I barely get my sentence out and she cuts me off multiple times. Tried to talk both time when I dropped off and picked up both gave me attitude condescending and disrespectful. They should both find another job. One has blonde hair wearing a blue scrub the other had dark red hair glasses wearing a blue scrub. Worst service and the crazy part is that I have gotten my prescriptions there before. No problems.do better. Even though you are behind the counter people go to you for medicine it is your responsibility to have it ready and not be rude about the situation own up to your mistakes and get the job done. Unbelievable.

Very rude staff. Had a simple logistics question. They are too lazy to find out the answer. It had nothing to do with a prescription and it had everything to do with logistics. The lady who supposedly is a manager is lying. They should know the answer to basic questions about scheduling.

Store itself was exactly how described by other review sadly. Whew like some of the staff are well… yeah. Could better.
My high stars are a shout out to April. Just as said in another review she was so dope and helpful! I would’ve given them 5 but then folks would think the store was great and it wasn’t but she was so all 3 stars go to her!
