This pharmacy is filled with the rudist, incompetent, and unprofessional staff. I have used other CVS pharmacies and have never had such consistently poor service or outcomes. The culture of gross incompetence is rampant at this store. The latest nightmare started 3 weeks ago when I gave myself plenty of time to have an RX transferred from my Massachusetts pharmacy to the Ft. Lauderdale CVS so that I wouldn't be left without refill. For 3 weeks, I made at least 6 calls and received repeated assurances that they would call the other pharmacy and get back to me when the prescription was filled, it never happened!!! I spoke to two different pharmacists, and at least 4 different clerks and each one of them was incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. The last person I spoke with - the only male who works there - actually hung up and said "Don't pull me into your problem", and HE HUNG UP! If CVS is the pharmacy you are forced to use because of insurance, it's a nightmare being trapped in the WORST PHARMACY in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Shameful that customers have to tolerate this atrocious conduct!

A lot of items were out of stock that I needed, however it’s January 1st. Everything was clean and the cashier girl this morning with the braids was very sweet, helpful and patient. Thank you to her. :)

This is a sad cvs can’t even call to get help with a police report. Manager hung up in my face without even answering the call. Then when I called back lied and said No Management would be in til tomorrow. Lie tomorrow is new years then when I told her the situation she goes on to say she is the only manager on duty and don’t have time to do my request. Like this is why African Americans get such a bad rep don’t even want to do they job always a female African American. So very sad for the world we live in. If you don’t like to help others especially ones who come at you respectfully don’t get a job in customer service.

Came for vaccines! Scheduled online and was sent reminders and fast check-in via text message! Person administering my vaccine was kind and professional! He made me feel comfortable and answered my questions before and after! Service area was clean! My vaccine was also covered by my insurance!

On 12/05/23 I bought a pack of Borden sliced cheese from CVS at 1159 NE 26th st in Wilton Manor, FL. The cheese had expired in 10/01/23. Didn't realized they sold me expired merchandise until I felt incredibly ill all day with the commonalities of old dairy products. On 12/06/23 my way to the store to return the cheese I called customer service to let them know what happened, and for the next 10 mins I was on the phone with a rep who asked me all kinds of question regarding the incident. I stated that my intention was only to make sure that perform an inventory and removed expired food from the store, I wasn't interested in the $4.60 the rotten cheese cost me. As I walked into the store I came in contact with "the manager" who after me explaining what happen proceeded to say "we don't sell that cheese here", I walked with her to the fridge to show at least 30 units of the product. Without a glicht in her speech "the manager" said that since I didn't keep a receipt I probably stole the cheese! Coming to grips with the low caliber of employee I was dealing with I left the store and contacted customer service again. The next representative told me she couldn't find my first report because it was never logged in by previous person I spoke with. I told the rep on the phone to forget about it, CVS has lost another client. Good thing there are plenty of Walgreens pharmacies with better products and managers with class and professionalism. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT AT CVS IN 1150 NE 26th St!

I'm not surprised to see that this CVS has a rating of 2.6. Just another morning when the crew is led by a manager who obviously doesn't understand nor care about the customer experience. Not realizing that every dollar it loses in revenue, the company will cut in benefits, pay, staffing, and payroll. It affects the entire team directly and the community indirectly. In the few minutes that it took me to write this review, you lost a total of four customers. YOUR BUSINESS SHOULD BE OPEN AT THE TIME IT SAYS IT SHOULD BE OPEN. In this case, it is 24/7.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS location. Right from the start, when I asked Sherline a question, she didn't stop to answer and just kept walking away while talking over her shoulder. At the checkout, Bonita was rude and unprofessional. She told me to move aside because the system was down, without a greeting or polite explanation. The situation escalated at the checkout with Bonita, whose unmasked hostility further marred the store's service. When informed of a system issue at the checkout, her demeanor was not just unapologetic but confrontational, instructing me to move aside without the basic civility of a greeting. When I asked for Sherline's name to report the service, she became confrontational and refused to provide her name or service. I then asked for a manager, and Dionte came forward, but he was indifferent and unhelpful. He didn't know how to address the situation and wouldn't give me Sherline's name. After a further wait, I spoke with another manager who made excuses and showed little concern for the situation. The lack of professionalism from the staff, right up to the management, was appalling. This experience has convinced me never to use this CVS location again, and I would advise others to avoid it as well. The customer service here was the worst I've encountered.

I don't know why this store has gotten so much hate. I actually like this store a lot. They have a good selection and a few things that other CVS' simply don't have. The parking lot is rather large and except for the occasional homeless person that may make you feel nervous, it's actually one of the better stores and they are open 24 hours. Most prices are higher than Walgreens but if you are a smart shopper and don't mind using promos and discounts, you can usually get very good deals.

waited 45 minutes to purchase medicine for my sick kid, as both registers were down. then they tried to blame me that it was 'my' transaction (using a coupon) that brought them both down.

This is the #1 worst CVS pharmacy of all I have been to. A WEEK ago my Dr. sent in a prescription. No text to say it was ready. After a day I contacted my Dr., who called it into Publix, who filled it immediately. Today, a week later, the 2nd part of the prescription wasn't filled because CVS still had it as filled & there was one more day before it could get filled again. Gratefully, Publix pharmacist overrode the wait & filled my much needed script. I went to this location to find out the prescriptions were still sitting there. Their comment: We'll let our IT department know there's a problem with the system. 4 week ago I took a prescription in to be filled. Response: We don't have it, go to Publix. Guess what.... ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS will be filled at Publix, & I will let my employer know CVS is rude, unprofessional, incompetent & all those other adjectives. And when you tell CVS your conern, they don't give a darn

I’ve been coming to this CVS for years and never thought to leave a review until yesterday! One of the employees, Tatiana, went above and beyond helping me find everything I was looking for and was just the best. Made my day talking to her, incredible customer service!
