A mix between highs & lows. The front of the operation is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful ..... With a shout out to Shell. She is beyond friendly and any time you need help, she will go above and beyond and walk you right to the item.
Pharmacy is a different story. Always an issue filling meds & staff isn't really trying to help. I've filled meds with CVS for 10+ years ....... There are much better pharmacies & also a lot worse ones than here.
Minute Clinic is a great advantage, as it's always open and can get the script immediately.

I love to shop at this location. The associates are very helpful and courteous. The is very clean and makes for a great shopping experience.

If I could give zero stars to the pharmacy techs I would. Rude and obnoxious. Actually hung up on me more than once. Not helpful. Insurance dictated. Walgreens is amazing and always answers questions.

The whole pharmacy staff needs to take a lunch break between one and two why the whole staff go one at a time! Drove the whole way there could not get my prescription now. I gotta wait a whole Nother day because that was the only time that I could go should not give your whole staff off at the same time.

MILENE This employee. I can't say nothing else but I wish I had her as my employee. Great. Dedicated always. There smiles if she sees me. Come in and she's on the next aisle. She will come and greet me. She'll ask about the family. Ask how the holiday was and how the New Year is.You are very lucky to have a great employee like this.Thank you c v s

I wish there was a lower option than 1 star.
Every single time I go to this pharmacy, there is a problem with the staff or the store. I only went here because my usually pharmacy is temporarily closed.
1. The store is dirty and there are trash and wrappers everywhere. The GM was on vacation so that may be why.
2. You can speak to the pharmacy. You have to leave a message and they do not call back. Dangerous, considering it’s a pharmacy where people get their much needed medication.
3. They let homeless people in the store to harass you and ask for money. There was even a lady camping out in the store with a whole setup. I am not trying to be heartless, just showing lack of management.
4. There were 4 people who were in front or behind me in line who ALL had some time of issue with the pharmacy or with something being done wrong.
5. I called my insurance after they said they had called. They did not call and my insurance was active. I paid out of pocket for no reason.
6. I was there over 40 minutes!
7. When I went to ask for the General manager’s phone number, they refused to give me the information and told me he was on vacation.
I will be writing to corporate and attempting to speak to the GM next week. The way I and other people waiting were treated is unacceptable.

I came in here for a minute clinic appointment. I was greeted upon entering and offered a Flu shot. I declined but it was nice to be greeted at the entrance. Then as I left I took notice of how well stocked and clean the store appeared. As I was leaving, there was a gentleman saying goodbye and hello at the entrance, like a greeter. I think he was the manager. Overall, a nice experience. Much better than their location on Broward and US1.

Two managers at front desk don't know how to process a manual ebt card entry with physical card present (black strip missing) gave me a hard time. Then one of the female managers start telling other customers that maybe she knew in the store about the issue I was having...to which I overheard either a discrimination against black people because the customer replied back to her "That's why I don't deal with THEM." I never have any issues usually at the same store with other managers.
