They were close to my hotel, and they had the medication I needed. The sales associate even helped me get some medicine held under lock and key.

The pharmacist named Sylvester is the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. My wife had a few prescriptions to pick up for an upcoming surgery. Sylvester wouldn’t fill one of the prescriptions and wouldn’t tell my wife why. So I had to take time off of work to go with my wife to speak to him. He told me that he just didn’t want to fill the prescription. My wife’s surgeon then called to see what the issue was. Sylvester just said he didn’t want to fill the prescription. I tried to ask him multiple times why not but he stopped responding to me. He just said we could wait for his colleague to get there in an hour. So we waited. When the colleague got there (another pharmacist named Rudy), he just filled the prescription and gave it to us with no questions. When the cashier at the pharmacy was ringing us up for the medicine, I asked her what Sylvester’s problem with us was and she just said “he’s like that sometimes”. So this is a common issue with this pharmacist. Avoid going here at all costs.

If you're in pain do not come to this pharmacy expecting your prescription to be ready . You come at 12 they tell u it will be ready by 2. Come at 2 still not ready . Worse experience every with CVS Pharmacy. And their attitudes are terrible.

The cashier says the register is not working at 8.49 only self service . how would the people who want to deposit cash in card will able to do it . this is not professional . he simply says it's broken ..

The pharmacist had me wait over an hour while he waited for a corrected prescription. The dr sent the prescription digitally. Pharmacist didn’t check the digital system only waited on a call. The second prescription also had an error too but was sent in time for another correction if only the pharmacist had checked the digital system. I am livid, since cvs no longer has 24hr pharmacies in my area I now need to wait for morning, which renders the medication less effective.I also overheard another conversation between the pharmacist and another customer that had been waiting since Friday for an update on an important medication. 4 days later no one had fixed the problem for the customer. The pharmacist had a problem explaining the issue to the extent that another pharmacist had to step in and break things down. It sounded like they were trying to cover their mistakes blaming other pharmacists for the lack of communication and mistakes. I should have known the not to trust them.If you can’t provide their service and you can’t communicate you shouldn’t be behind a pharmaceutical counter.I have chosen to avoid CVS for years because of terrible pharmacy customer service. I’ve only recently returned because of my child insurance. Don’t trust this pharmacy to do their job.Watched other employee walking by shoplifters stuffing products in their pants and didn’t do anything about it while I waited. Not sure if that was a policy driven choice or negligence.

Pharmacy people are absolute garbage. Rude, rushing and totally unprofessional. Screaming at me, LITERALLY, to come up to the register. I’ll be going out of my way to go to a different CVS because I hate the way they make me feel there. And I have to use CVS because Walgreens isn’t in network with my shyte insurance. I would have given 1 star, but the people at the cash registers up front have always been nice. ✌?

The pharmacy team is very helpful, both on the phone and in person. We just had an out of state prescription filled. A couple days ago I called from across the state, talked to a very helpful and informative pharmacist, and the prescription was ready days before we arrived here in Fort Lauderdale. In person, the entire pharmacy team was helpful and knowledgeable. The other employees in the store were very helpful too. Every was very nice to us and they did excellent work! They did what they said they would do.

I don't understand these bad reviews. People work hard to serve you. These pharmacists are backed up with tons of prescriptions to give to sick people. I've had an issue there one time. But other than that they do their job. It's a clean store and always seems to be stocked.

I have wasted almost 2 hours of my time at this CVS this morning, I really don’t feel like give them any more of my time, however, I feel it’s important to share my experience & to warn the readers the risks of using this pharmacy.I’ve been a loyal customer over 25 years of CVS at other location. Although the service standard at cvs in general usually below standard, it was generally can be tolerated. I had to go to this branch as my store does not have the vaccine so I was directed to here. I had an appointment setup prior to arrival. From me checking in at the counter, I’ve waited almost an hour. Each time I had to get their attention about the status, for total 4 times, as there were no staffs at the counters most of the time, or they just ignore you. I’ve witnessed several customers had to work hard to get attention & help as well. On my last attempt to reach out, as I’ve seen customers who came after me were getting shots or services. The female staff had the nerve to tell me that it’s not her fault because she did not know that I’ve been waiting, after I have reached out them on 4 occasions, and I was told wait 20 min & I’ve checked in. I finally had to cancel my appointment as I don’t have any confidence at all of receiving any services here for health concerns. During my long waits, my observations were- all of them are moving so slow that I’ve never seen at any work places, they are aloof & indifferent, appears they can care any less, mostly appalling & concerns to me the most is that they seem to be completely unorganized with poor communication. This is a business dealing with health & wellbeing of customers, I would never consider getting my medication refilled here. I even had to wait for my cancellation, and requested for a confirmation. Although I did not get the vaccination that I needed, I’m relieved when I got out of there, as I knew that I made the right decision to protect myself. Now I’m seriously considering switching to other pharmacy, as we should not continue giving business to people that perform poorly on what they are doing & disregard & disrespect customers showing no concerns or any care at all.I hope that most of you had better experiences than mine at this cvs. I’d strongly suggest you to consider other options if you have.

I came in for a visit to the clinic and they sent over a prescription to the pharmacy. I have had an issue that I have been dealing with for about a month with my insurance where basically I paid my premium but they claimed they didn't get it. My policy was active at the clinic and not active at the pharmacy side note *Don't ever go with Aetna CVS health insurance it's the worst* Anyway I was really upset and KiAn stayed on the phone with them for almost an hour listening to their different departments argue with each other until it got sorted out and I could get my prescription authorized. She is awesome and needs a raise.

The employees are always helpful. There is a cashier, Mr. Witguens, that is always willing to help. On the Pharmacy side, sometimes it takes a while for the assistants to find the prescriptions. Otherwise they are reliable.
