Horrible horrible elder abuse!! My senior father went to pick up medication for my mom who recently had a stroke the medication usually has a 43 $ dollar co pay. This time the midication was over 550$ when my father asked why, he was hurried along due to the line, and forced to pay over 550 dollars without an explanation. I called the insurance company who said CVS clerk did not follow the protocol and should have questioned the cost , as they have been getting meds there. He should have called the insurance for and override and my dad should have only paid 43 $. 10 minutes later I called cvs to see if there were away to get a refund or return the medication all together since the money was set for groceries, on their fixed income. The clerk was extremely rude and practially hung up on me. Way to go cvs taking advantage of the most vulnerable population in South Florida

The cashier attempted to refuse me service when purchasing cough medicine, despite me clearly being of legal age. Additionally, I was insulted by a remark suggesting that I appeared to be 16 years old.

The customer care was nice, but as soon as you walk in, you get hit with the scent of mold. I feel bad for the employees because I know there’s either mold in the wall or in the air ducts. The employees walk very slow and looks sick. I imagine that they have to be Impacted by the mold that’s clearly growing in the store.

If you go this pharmacy you are nuts . I am picking up a Rx for my daughter . 30 min line to pick up a Rx .1 person working . Continual excuses they are short handed. . In addition look at Good Rx . They are 40% higher than others . Everything in store overpriced.. I wish I could give no stars. I buy my drugs at Ocean pharmacy on Galt ocean drive . Competitive prices and great customer service

We love the staff and the convenience of walking here. The place is always understaffed and messy ie trash full, etc. it's after 3,10 people are in line at the Pharmacy and we are waiting to get a couple of shots. Our appointments for 3pm. We come here frequently and it's almost always like this only worse in the Winter. Staff up and clean up!
