Absolutely filthy with rude staff. STAY AWAY!Too long didn't read; the room was filthy, they told us we didn't have the rooms we booked and were really rude about it, the room smelled like mold, water seeped out of the floor when you walked on it, the walls and doors were filthy, including brown goop that might have been feces on the inside of the bathroom door, the water from the faucets was yellow, unlike the other motel we moved to after this disaster. The city health inspector seriously needs to pay this place a visit. My parents and I tried to stay here before a cruise, my parents booked 2 rooms for us. They showed up first and I showed up later. I tried to check in with my reservation number and they said it didn't exist. I tried to understand what was going on and the desk clerk at approximately 8 pm Jan 28, 2024, told me the hotel was full and they didn't have the room we booked, and basically it wasn't her problem. Her attitude said I was wasting her time and needed to leave. She also told someone she was talking to on speakerphone or a radio to "shut up" which given how she was talking to me I thought was directed at me for a second. I think I was just interrupting her personal call though with the reservation problem that turned out to be completely her fault and fixable. So my parents have a room with 2 queen beds and say I can stay in their room. I get into their room and it's filthy. I also notice the floor is wet, then realize water is seeping out between the cracks of the cheap flooring when you step on it, which explains the mold smell. I need to use the bathroom and my mom tells me the water is yellowish-brown, sure enough the freshly flushed toilet filled with yellow-brown water. (note: the motel down the road had normal water, it wasn't a local thing) I close the door to the bathroom and notice chunks of brown gunk below the handle of the door that I didn't want to investigate further, plus the bathroom walls were covered in grime. At that point I tried to get a hold of any sort of management or support, but Wyndham's support site was email only and said it would take a couple days. Calling the hotel only got the rude front desk clerk. At that point I said, no, we are not staying here, and started shopping for a new hotel. We found one and contacted our credit card company to chargeback the Days Inn.As we were leaving I told the front desk clerk about the conditions and that we were leaving. She said that actually my parents had checked in already, which would have checked into both rooms, but they didn't check in with her (they absolutely did, she was rude to them then too, made them feel like they were inconveniencing her, she apparently just didn't remember). Anyway she says they must have the second room for us because of that. I tell her I don't care, I tell her about how filthy the room is and that water is seeping out of the floor so we aren't going to stay there. The final cherry on top, she asks what room we had, I tell her 119, she says that's one of their best... is that supposed to help things?I've worked customer service. I don't act like the entitled jerks I had to deal with, but this is probably the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Beware anyone who is an amputee. you don't want to stay here. first the shuttle is not designed for people with prosthetics. I gave them onecstar because the staff was helpful. They only have bath tubs with railings. The toilet is a regular toilet with a bar next to it. the seal around the bottom of the toilet is cracked. the walls have mold and chipped paint. i sat up in my power chair all night because i would never be able to get out of the bed. The floor has a slick dirty sheen all over the place. This makes it hard to stand. if you are disabled avoid this hotel.

We arrived at night to a not so friendly lady, then once we were checked in after a LONG wait, the first thing we saw in our room was a cockroach. The front door did not close tightly so the noise from the outside not only came through the windows but also the door, sleep did not come easy if at all. We rented 3 rooms, everyone had the same complaints. The hotel is on a VERY busy street. Breakfast in the morning was toast and cereal. When we got onto the shuttle to the port(15$ per person), every single person was complaining about the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night. Two thin sheets on both beds - luckily we brought blankets with us, or we would have been freezing. No garbage can in room. No mini fridge.Staff is very friendly and helpful, but the rooms leave something to be desired.

Worst decision ever. Not worth saving money for this place. Rundown, bathtub totally blocked up and even though we told them at nine this morning, it was not fixed when we got back at eight at night. Elevators does not work consistently. Non-smoking room smells like cigarette smoke. Will never even stay at a Days Inn again if this is any indication of how Wyndham keeps up their properties.

This motel should be demolished. We were given a room on the second floor. Enamel peeling on bathtub, wall around toilet paper filthy. No complete set of towels. Moved to room next door. Bathroom floor around toilet disgusting. Television not working and after four calls no maintenance. Decided not to shower and slept out of exhaustion. Had a room that sold a few sandwiches but not worth 20.00. The ladies sit at a small table then go into a stock room to prepare. I'm sure no health inspection!

Some of the rooms have been remodeled and are liveable; the rest remain incredibly disappointing. This is leading to the mixed experiences in reviews. Bottom line: still not worth the risk. For context on my travel experience, I have visited more than 40 countries and stayed in the cheapest hostels throughout South America and Asia. I have slept with cockroaches, fleas, etc. I am not a squeamish/dramatic person. We stayed here as a large party that paid for 4 rooms. On arrival, 1 room was pretty standard for a cheap, seedy east coast motel (as expected). 2 rooms were bad, probably the worst I've seen in North America. The last room was really bad; heavy mold issue and obvious vermin issues (cockroach + bedbugs). We immediately chatted with the front desk and got the 1 room replaced with another. This new room was the best one yet, obviously recently remodeled and nothing major to complain about. The other 2 rooms still had issues. Bed bug stains on the mattress cover, and some of the bed sheets had not been changed (some cockroach carapace debris between the sheets and lots of black curly hairs).I was curious about the huge difference in room quality and walked around the complex peeking into windows (there were very few guests the day we stayed). It looks like some of the rooms are currently getting remodeled, with some tradespeople working and work trucks in the parking lot. However, the rest are still very dubious. Not much else to say regarding the other issues the reviews mention: yes, the neighborhood is rough, the staff is meh, the shuttle is spotty. Very close to the airport and cruise terminal which was the goal. After our stay, we are following standard bed bug procedures and unfortunately more than one of us have a couple bites. I'll come back to update this review if anything else comes from it.

This place is a seedy and dirty hotel. The front door had half-inch gaps all around it, and you could see light through. The noise from the road outside was deafening. If you leave something in the room, the cleaning staff will take it and not return it. Then the front desk staff will cover for them and even the owner won't take any responsibility. It's your fault for leaving it. Totally unprofessional. Don't leave anything in the room. GUESTS BEWARE!

The receptionist was really comprehensive and helpful, and that means a lot when you are a foreigner. The room had toilet papers, soap, paper towels and towels that seemed clean. The room needed some deep cleaning, that's for sure. The floor of the bathtub was dirty and the bathroom vent was full of dust. Besides that, I don't think there's anything else to complain about. It's jn a pretty strategic location and it's predominantly safe. For a 2-star hotel, and for the price I have paid, I would say my experience was great.Rooms: Not bad, but may need meticulous cleaning.Nearby activities: There's a plaza 1 block away, and it's also pretty close from the beach.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here (first was in 2017). I was hoping they had gotten better with room cleanliness, but I was wrong! My room had pomegranate stains on the lampshade, dried juice on the side of the nightstand and wall, and 2 seeds on the floor (I stepped on one)! Obviously they also don’t wash the floor often because after walking around barefoot, my feet were filthy (the towel…after wiping my feet off with the wet towel)!! For a Wyndham property, I expected better. Will never stay here again!!!

Don't stay here unless you're ok with mold. Mold on the walls, under the bed sheets/on mattress (could have been bed bug spots who knows). The fridge was broken, there was a puddle of water from it. The security lockbox thing in the rooms was broken. The door didn't close all the way even when locked, so a friend and I had to put our luggage in front of it. Also, the tv was barely working, cut in and out more than half the time. Granted we only stayed less than 24 hours, I would've much rather paid more to stay else where.

The main upside to this place is the location, particularly the proximity to Las Olas and the beaches. And the clerks at the front desk were nice. But this is a very bad hotel. They have all kinds of random people smoking and loitering in the parking lot and at the staircases at night. The wifi doesn’t work. The toilet could flush once every 10 minutes only. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. And they had no hot water during my first night (I was very sweaty from a music festival, so I had to shower in cold water before I could go to bed: trust me, it wasn’t fun). Another issue is that the hotel is right next to a busy road, with cars driving by. The rooms don’t block out the sound. You have to try to sleep through the sound of cars driving and horns honking all night

There were dead bugs and roaches in the carpet upon arrival. The bathroom toilet and shower had many brown and black stains, so much so that I refused to take a shower. Avoid this hotel at all costs as it is not cleaned and not safe.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a long review, if you want to cut to the chase, read the first sentence and leave it at that, but read it if you want to get the most insight into what you’re getting yourself into. Don’t get me wrong, I have stayed at bad places before that were in the middle of nowhere, but here, where do I even begin? We took advantage of the free shuttle service from the airport to the motel. There’s a reason why it’s free. Honestly, they should pay you to take it. We waited 20 minutes for it to arrive only for our seats to be taken by another group. Fine. We waited another 15-20 minutes and we made a second call to see where the shuttle driver (Gerry) was. He was sort of rude over the phone and 10 minutes later, he finally comes. Hastily and with no regard for our things, he throws our suitcases in the back of the van, and we hop in. In a 6 minute ride, in which we stopped and picked up more people, we almost got into an accident twice; one of which would have been his fault, but he just started laughing at another lady in the van who let out a yelp in fear. Not once did he use a blinker with the exception of pulling into the motel parking lot itself. He just blindly cut across three and four lane traffic, tailgating anyone in front of him and consistently honking the horn. We finally got to the motel, and again, he hastily threw our stuff out of the van and left. He barely spoke, did not seem friendly or welcoming, wore no seatbelt, didn’t ensure we were buckled before he took off, and used his cellphone while driving. Apparently the shuttle from the airport to the motel is free, but if you would like to take the shuttle to the cruise port, it is $15 per person. Just take Uber or Lyft if need be, it is only roughly $20 for an Uber XL which fits up to six. This is just the start. The lobby, surrounded by safety glass, was dated and the seating had tears all over. The woman at the desk did not seem rude, but also wasn’t very welcoming. We arrive, and learn that the elevators don’t work. The could-have-been redeeming factor of the motel would have been the outdoor pool which actually looked relatively clean and had a handicap accessible chair. However, the pool closes at 6:00 pm everyday. The only nice part about the entire one night stay was the authentic Mexican food truck that was parked in the parking lot. I don’t know the affiliation between the truck and the motel, but if you are in the area, don’t stay in this motel, but 100% check out the food. Anyway, I hope this was helpful in your decision. There is a reason this is a cheap place to stay. Whoever is managing this place should invest in better staff or training them better and should also put some money into improving their facilities. Read on to know about the rooms and location specifically.Rooms: In the room, there were holes in the wall, carelessly filled with wood filler and left unpainted. The first thing that was noticeable when we walked in was the immediate musty smell of mold or mildew. The A/C was loud and made an incredibly annoying sounds, however, it did at least work. There was what appeared to be water damage and water stains on the ceiling just over one of the two beds. In the bathroom, the fan was loud and caked with dust on the inside. I turned on the shower 10 minutes prior to getting in. I don’t like being wasteful of water but I hoped that within that time that it would warm up even a little; it didn’t. Following another 10 minutes of me being in the shower, it still didn’t warm up and had very little water pressure at all even though the handle was as far to the “H” as possible. The towels were cheap and hardly absorbent. With four people in a room, you would think that they would provide at least four towels and four washcloths; they only provided three of each. The toilet paper was 1-ply, essentially a thin piece of tissue paper that you have to ball up to make usable. Let’s get to the beds. While entirely uncomfortably and tacky looking, they did appear clean. Although, the blanket was very scratchy. We had previously walke

This place is terrible!! Rooms stink, towels are not white. No hot water, bed spreads had burn holes in them, BUGS on carpet, no hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush and when you take cold shower the tub clogs. Went to front desk to complain and I’ll I hear is “it’s been this way for two days that is all we’ve been hearing” NO REFUNDS!! Worst place ever!! Drug activity in parking lots!
