As long as you don't have to interact with any of the staff then you'll be fine because you can find some pretty amazing items, but sadly there is no self check out forcing you to engage with their horrible staff. I've been to other DD's and the staff is always great but this location is staffed by only trash. The security guard was in the front smoking a joint, I asked a lady who was stocking products where something was and her response was, you'll have to find it yourself and walked away from me. The woman at the register did not have her name on her name tag and said it was "Mrs. T." She told me it doesn't matter to her if I feel uncomfortable when she called for the next guest as I was putting in my pin number. I make it a habit of filming my shopping events with a hidden camera that looks like a button just in case I run into something like this so that I can post on the the companies social media and will in fact be doing so.
In a nutshell, great store with cool items but the staff in this location are the reason why humanity is in a decline.

My opinion of the place is not good and it is worth highlighting that the shampoo and conditioners whose knobs are full color are missing half of the product and not in one they are in all the knobs, and you have to be very careful when paying because they charge you double for the products

I've never had a problem at this location. However, I am tired of being told to remove the hangers. I don't work for DD's. I don't care if it takes an extra 2 minutes for the cashier to check out my items. Don't expect me to remove hangers.

There's a lady that works there.Her name is Mrs.T.They call her a Jamaican.Lady, whenever you go into the store and your Finish shopping you're checking out This is the second time I've encountered with her and while she's checking someone out the person hasn't paid yet and she's calling you up and I told her I understand you're trying to get your numbers down. She told me. This is what corporate America wants now. 2 or 3 customers up at 1 time to get the business going faster. I told her I don't like it because if I'm making a payment. If The customer before me is making a payment.And they're punching in their card number.I shouldn't be standing beside that person because she wants to get more than one customer at a time.I told her I do not like that.Please do not call anyone up when I'm making my payment.And she told me this is what DD customer service is as from now on. I told her I've been to other stores and it's not like that. She told me this is what it is from now on and if you don't like it too bad. It happened today again March 9th 2024 I told her the man is making a payment with his credit card. Give him a moment, let him punch in his numbers. She said no, you need to come app while I'm doing my payment going into my purse. She's calling and someone else at the register to. Start ring up what I'm punching my pin number on my card. I think it's very unprofessional and if. D. D that's the way you guys are doing business. Is very, very unprofessional, and this is the reason why we have so much people losing their identity because of fraud because people are behind them, writing everything down that they're doing.
