I design and build/install custom design exterior projects. I install synthetic turf with my designs regularly. I read some of these negative reviews, and I can only speak for the broward location but out of all the vendors I deal with they are by far the best. Vanessa at the front desk is spectacular. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they are always on point with product, the products themselves are high quality and the showroom is great. I deal with vendors everyday for 25 years and this particular one definitely stands out as if not the best, close to it. So those people with those negative reviews are most likely the same people who eat two thirds of their plate then try to get a refund saying they didn't like, we all know the type. That's the only reason I took the time to Wright all this.

Gustavo at Doral and Vanessa at Ft Lauderdale were awesome. They took time to show, explain, and educate us on our first install. Nice staff at warehouse too…. Sales beyond the $ amount but understanding business to business relationships. At least on our end it is great doing business with them. Hope they think the sand of us! ?
